Just FYI: I bought this item from Tru fit website for $29.95 and paid $9.95 for shipping and handling only to find out that I could have bought a very similar item from Amazon or other websites for much less and have it shipped to me for free.
Over the last two days that I have used it, it seems to work to alleviate my upper back pain caused by overuse of upper back muscles.

This is an absolute nonsense product. Very, very low quality from China. The video emphasising the quality of the product was made by AI unfortunately I have only realise this after the product had arrived. Very expensive shipping cost. On top, you have to pay taxes of €9.

Never ever again. And if you want to return it from Germany, you have to send it to the United States. Absolute rubbish.

A complete and total scam. There is no way in he** that this could remotely be made to fit comfortably. Incredibly ill-fitting. When contacted for the 100% refund, they whinged and whined about... 'well normally you have to go to the trouble to take to the post office, it will take X weeks, and you have to pay for postage. Just refund the money already. It's just a complete scam that should be avoided.

The product is a pain in the ass to put on. One definitely needs a mate to assist. I don't have one. I threw it away--just made me feel guilty because I couldn't face trying to put it on--definitely a non-starter!!

Now having read all the previous accounts on TrustPilot, I had the same bad experience. I ordered two at AUD$58, and all of a sudden found I had ordered four after I had sent it off, and that it was in US dollars. The product is flimsy and worthless. No point to try to recoup funds because I have to pay for the postage and won't receive anything back. I kick myself for falling for this scam not having checked beforehand. There are so many out there.

Yes, I too was about to order a set of Two True fit Posture braces, but as I have received fourth degree burns from other products by other so called Honest retailers that I have in good faith and honesty purchased from watching their video clips of products and its glossy optics in on You Tube and Instagram previously.
I carefully, diligently decided to double check the reviews of True Fit Posture brace via the Australian Trust Pilot site. I am so very very grateful that I have now done this and not wasted my money or be scammed or have these "thieves, robbers, carpetbagger liars" steal my money as I too would have ended up having to chase and email to obtain a refund. Thank goodness for Trust Pilot.

My bad for not checking Trustpilot first! Lesson learned! Went to order 1 and clicked on "no" to every prompt trying to add "warrantee" and other products, but they did not give me a screen to verify my purchase before charging me and they charged me for 3 at the FULL price and not the advertised DISCOUNT price, AND they added on the "warrantee" that I specifically said "no" to. I complained by email asking them to correct my order. They refunded me HALF of the WARRANTEE charge only. That was a month ago and I have not even received ANY of the 3 they charged me for! Thankfully, I at least did it thru PayPal so they can't charge me again since I didn't use a credit card. *** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***

I ordered 1, they charged me for 3 and added a "product protection" package that I did not order. I immediately tried calling customer support number. No one answered the entire day. You simply get a message to "call back later." They do not provide a way to leave them a voice message. I sent an email the same day requesting my order be cancelled. Three days later I received an email saying the couldn't because the order had been forwarded to shipping. However, they could not provide a tracking number or when the order would be shipped. I am aggressively pursuing remedies to get this company banned from online marketplaces. I won't stop until they are prevented from scamming others.

A total scam. My fault, should have found these reviews earlier. Back brace is uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. Company offered me 60% immediate refund but only refunded 50%. The 'free' Wallet Shield is also a scam. Only one half of the shield included and charged £8.15 postage for it!!! Don't go near this company.

Scam all along I was led to believe I was paying £18.00 for this product and when the confirmation email came through it said £73.
I canceled immediately and telephoned my bank fraud department to stop the transaction SCAM in my opinion be careful.

I am an idiot for not reviewing this company before placing my order. Buyer be ware, These people are not to be trusted. They also tacked on a charge, I contacted them to remove it and was told they would not. The device is also very uncomfortable

I ordered 1 TrueFit Posture Corrector, and had great difficulty on the cart keeping it to just one - kept jumping to two. Shipping Fee: $5.85.
Then completed their popup survey (bad idea) and was offered a FREE gift. Chose one, a small wallet carrying a business card sized card, and the shipping jumped up $14.75. I was then charged on a separate invoice for the shipping amount (nearly three times that charged for the item itself). I then found out by chance that they had slapped a recurring monthly charge onto this, which I had to reverse. I have been to HUGE inconvenience to try to remedy all of this and be refunded - I paid through PayPal. This is a scam organisation - don't touch it!!!!

I ordered this product in March, received it and paid for it. In April I was informed that PayPal had paid for another one. I did not order one or authorize anyone pay for one. I have contacted their customer service and they are "looking into it." After 2 days I got another email adding a $3.00 item on to this bogus order. They are not accepting calls by phone right now.

Refund never received on product returned within 5 days from receipt. No communication. Nada.

BTW I failed to check Trust Pilot before ordering. This is SOP for this company, it seems.

I ordered 2 truefit posture correctors in May last year.
I found much cheaper products online and decided to decline the parcel from Truefit. I followed instructions given and sent unopened parcel back to the company.
I have been waiting since May and each time I send them email asking whether they received my parcel, they say that they haven't received the parcel yet. I lost over £ 48, have no product or money.
Today I sent them another email. I wonder what they say?
Very bad company, not honest, just thieves! Nothing more.

I received a damaged back posture support from True Fit. I sent them pictures and as I'd had to wait so long for it to arrive I asked for a refund. They have refused this and I'm left with an item that is damaged and unusable. I can only consider that this company is totally dishonest, take your money and then don't give a damn.
