A refund is in the process of being given and today, 27 September, I have requested the order be cancelled.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I purchased 2 chairs from this company via Ebay last week. They arrived very badly damaged. The wood on both chairs had massive cracks / splits as well as chipped wood and rusty washers.
I have tried numerous times to contact via ebay and email but I have received the worst customer service with my messages being ignored.
I was eventually offered a refund but have yet to receive a refund or confirmation of a refund being processed.

Wrong item sent and no sign of resolution
Ordered a hammock on 9th May via b&q verified seller option. Wrong item sent and still trying to resolve this. Getting no response from Trueshopping and stuck with the wrong thing in the way in a huge box in my house and no exchange or refund in sight. Having to involve trading standards.

Easy to identify product but only part order delivered
Easy to identify product, previously satisfied with, by name found on base of product. Easy to place order and receive confirmation. Just disappointing that having received confirmation of four chairs purchased, and all good communication about delivery, only three boxes were delivered. Having highlighted the short fall by email, the fourth parcel was dispatched. I never received any acknowledgement of my email sent to highlight my part delivery.
