Our company needed to take over a telephone line owned by another company in a different district. We needed a new line installed and then to transfer the ownership of the line whilst retaining the original number. Gavin made this complicated process very smooth and stress free and I felt very secure and confident in his handling of the situation. He was polite, good natured, very efficient and obliging. My previous experiences of any transaction involving BT have been horrific but Gavin ensured that the transfer was smooth and as trouble-free as possible. I would definitely recommend him - and by extension, True Telecom!

True telecom may be wonderful, and that's why they have called me seven times and counting to try and sell me their services.
Trouble is any company that does not get the message you are not interested after that many calls, can't be that great

I called True-Telecom with a line fault problem and got through almost immediately without the long wait. I received a call back about fifteen minutes later with an appointment for an engineer to call the very next day. Engineer turned up, problem fixed. I left BT on the grounds of extremely poor service. I shall never return to them again. Well done True Telecom.
