Very unprofessional team and casual team. When I asked them to pack things carefully they were not even paying attention or ready to listen. Taking out and putting all stuff together. They didn’t bother to listen if I asked them to Handel my plants or fragile items. What money they charged the service was poor.

WORST SERVICE WORST PEOPLE.
THEY CAME LATE, CAME WITH NO PROPER COVERS BUT THE PLASTIC WRAP. They dont have a proper cover for everything. They only use plastic wraps to cover and my washing machine left uncovered. When my appliance was damaged, one of the guy got mad and shouted at me AT MY OWN HOME. Disrespecting me at my home and telling that my husband is a liar is totally unacceptable.

I requested them to remove their shoes at my home, but he still didnt follow and have the audacity to get mad????

Even their coordinator doesnt listen when I complained. NEVER USE THIS MOVERS

Worst movers and damaged lot of items and felt they were not professionals and we had to spent lots. Even customer service is not responding after complaint raised

A recent move in Abu Dhabi resulted in an unpleasant experience. Not only was the crew unorganized, but several items were damaged and others went missing. Several attempts to highlight these deficiencies were not followed up by the Company, showing little to no interest.

Regretted employing Trukker for my house moving service.
They charged too high and ended up damaging the furniture, particularly breaking fridge body.

They team was found to be quite unprofessional with no sense of responsibility.

I tried to raise complaint, for resolution and followed up multiple time but the Trukker team did not facilitated.

Worst experience! Totally not worth the money paid! The worst moving service we have ever used. They damaged all the items in our house while moving the furniture, refused to complete the unpacking and asked to be released early.
1. Many of my things broke due to mishandling.
2. Things got missing - took away my edible items.
3. They quoted us for the installation but didn't install items.
4. Boxes were not unpacked and had to do all the items ourselves.
5. Broke our new costly office table.
6. Very arrogant and rude behavior and were not competent enough to install the wardrobes, light fittings also. Please never make the mistake of using them as they claim to be professional but are worse than even the most basic movers. I had deducted some amount from their balance payment but had losses more than what I deducted and no proper customer support from Trukker team.

Great experience one more time. This is the secod time i have used there service and I can say that this guys are amazing and efficient. Alam,taref, Asif, Sohail and team were amazingly effective and efficient in doing all the work. Thanks again to Alam ans team.

Had a terrible experience with them!
Their packing took a lifetime for just a two bedroom apt and unpacking was soooooooo unprofessional ! Kitchen unpacking was the worst ! They literally threw the utensils into the cupboards! Worst thing is piano keys broke !!!! We should have checked the reviews before confirming !!!!

Had a horrible experience with the trukkers movers.
1. Most of my things broke due to mishandling.

3. They quoted us for installation but dint install items.
4. Boxes were not labelled.
5. Bathroom and dirty clotges mixed with my kids good clothes and shoes.
6. Very arrogant behavior and had fights with the building people.
Customer service is bad

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this moving business. I hired them to install my TV floating unit on the wall, and just eight days later, the entire unit came crashing down, breaking my TV in the process.

When I contacted them to report the incident, not only did they refuse to take any responsibility for the damages, but their customer service was also incredibly rude and dismissive. It's clear that this company does not care about its customers or the quality of its work.

If you're considering using this business, I urge you to think twice. They are crooks who will not stand behind their work or provide any form of reasonable customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable company instead.

Paid for the Premium plus packing & unpacking service, thinking we could do without the stress of moving. BIG MISTAKE!

Firstly, they loaded up their trucks with our entire house and decided it was a good time to take a 1.5 hour lunch break with all our items sweating in the truck (plants, food stocked fridge and freezer as well)

Upon arrival at our new house, we had maintenance issues in the kitchen, so we asked the guys not to unpack there - which we take full responsibility for.

However, the overall care and handling with the rest of the items was appalling & there is no excuse for the abysmal after-sales customer service.

My wife’s wedding dress was left crumpled on the bed intertwined with our dog’s bedding. Our dog’s used pee pad was put into my wife’s wardrobe with her clothes. Clothes that were pre-packed and neatly folded, were delivered completely creased shoved into draws and shelves.
Curtains were left rolled up on a chair in our bedroom. Mover’s blood stains were left on the surface of our chest of drawers. Our living room, bathroom & master bedroom were left with boxes unpacked. Cables were rolled up and tossed into corners.

Coffee and olive oil were spilt all over our kitchen items & electronics. Bleach & cleaning products were packed in the same box as food. Our fridge was badly dented. Our AED650 cat tree was broken. (This alone was worth more than the amount that they were offering to refund)

Suffice it to say, the entire experience was anything but “stress-free”

We were refunded a small amount, after 3.5 weeks of constant follow ups, but this did not even come close to cover the cost of the damage, let alone the cost of pressing all of our items that were badly creased in the move.

As per their responses to only the 5star reviews, they claim to be ‘obsessed with customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to achieve it.’ Based on our experience, this couldn’t be further from the truth.

We were also also left to deal with the ‘subcontracted’ company ourselves, despite hiring Trukker and never being advised or agreeing to another company being used.

The company did send the men back to help us unpack a second time, but the attention to detail and care of our items was just as bad, if not worse, than the first time. We ended up telling them to leave and doing most of the unpacking ourselves, so much for paying AED1000 extra for a Premium unpacking service.

We have photos of every claim above & more, just in case the company wants to dispute any of the issues detailed here.

I used Trukker recently to move apartments. On the day of the move, an expensive watch went missing from our master bedroom. When I asked the team if they had seen it, everyone of them denied being aware of it.

I later realized that the watch must have been stolen. When I confronted the team, one of the individuals started shouting and threatening very loudly. I told them I will be calling the company and the police to sort it all out. Within minutes, the watch reappeared in a different location in the room, hidden in a box so as to lead me to believe no one had touched it in the first place.

The company’s management immediately denied any possible wrongdoing on the phone, and tried to use all sorts of excuses rather than to take charge of the situation.

When I confronted one of the workers, he later admitted that one of the movers had tried to steal the watch. I demanded that the entire team be replaced for the second day of the move but the company refused and wanted to send the same team. They eventually replaced the two men who had been implicated in the theft, but that was it.

The company admitted to the attempted theft and apologized. However, the watch was dented badly in the process, and Trukker has for 2 weeks now refused to take responsibility for its repair, though it was clearly damaged while being stolen and reported immediately to them.

I strongly recommend anyone to avoid using this service.

There’s a pandemic on, but these guys were not clean and wore dirty masks and no gloves. They were rude and arrogant and careless. Please never make the mistake of using them as they claim to be professional but are worse than even the most basic movers.

the booking system is very fast at charging you first before the service has taken place. they had few people who were good but couldn't speak a word of English. the ultimate disappointment was the team leader who was very arrogant; careless; didn't care about the furniture or the walls allot of banging and scratching while lifting the boxes. they didn't have trolleys or anything that would facilitate the carrying. they didn't list the boxes and items for storage i had to keep track on stuff. they were very messy and most of all the handyman has plugged in all our appliances wrongly. I would not recommend this company at all!!!

Very slow and the team very relaxed.
Booked from 8am but only arrived at 8:50
Before the date they never answered the phone or called back for the office.
The team had bery poor comunication skills.
They took 1:15 hour from Business bay to DIFC (its a 10 mins drive, mayb they gave themselves a lunch break while i was paying)
Thinks got lost.
Curtain wasnt mounted
They packed kitchen and office things in the same box.
I had to call them all the time to work 1 guy worked and the other 4 went missing
Handyman made 6 holes on the wall to hang just 1 mirror.
They tried to overcharge
Tried to leave without installing the washing machine or mount anything
Left behing things unpacked and unwraped.
They didnt care how they handled my personal goods and good were missing.
I gave my feedback to the management in writing and nobody even replied or called me back.
I will never book their services again.
