Thank you Truly for living up to your name.
I don’t give away 5 star reviews lightly. We have struggled to find professional, respectful and reliable tradesman lately. But Truly Conservatory Repairs were Truly amazing. From the initial visit to the quote presentation to the men that turned up, well presented and on time, respectful of my property and my neighbours to the presentation of the van and paying the final bill. If you’re looking for conservatory repairs stop looking and call these guys. If this sounds like it was written by someone in marketing that is because I was in marketing and sales. But this is a genuine review from someone who has been frustrated and had almost lost faith in tradesmen. Thank you Truly for living up to your name.

Replacement UPVC doors and windows
I had a specific requirement for low threshold french style replacement UPVC doors to provide wheelchair access and spoke to a number of companies, before choosing Truly Fit /Truly Conservatory Repairs. They were very helpful and thorough with their advice and suggestions and they gave me a good competitive price. After many years in the construction industry (retired Chartered Surveyor) I was prepared for some issues along the way, but honestly the whole process was very easy. Truly Fit kept me well informed and I was pleased with an earlier than expected delivery date. Plenty of notice was given regarding the start date and the installers (Paul and Phil) arrived on the day exactly as agreed. Very pleasant and courteous to deal with and they carried out the work very neatly and efficiently. Even with the removal of brickwork under the sill and cutting and replacing with brick slips, the installation was all completed within a day.
I am very pleased indeed with the finished doors and side windows and attach some photos of the completed work. I have no hesitation in recommending Truly Fit, based on my experience. Thank you Truly Fit for a five star installation.

Conservatory roof repair
Repaired my conservatory roof, very professional and quick service.
A master class in conservatory repairs for sure
This company has an unbelievable knowledge of conservatories. We have been delighted with the work they have done for us recently. They had all the items needed for the repairs held in their own stock. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for conservatory repairs or upgrades. They are truly specialists for sure.
TRULY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE
This was a truly shocking experience , we contacted this company to fix a small leak from our conservatory roof. Spoke to Peter and he asked if I could email photos ,which I did. His reply was that it was most likely a failed box gutter which he could have fixed at a charge of £150.00.
Paul from the company came to fix the repair and agreed yes it was a failed box gutter which he confirmed he had now fixed. He then tried repeatedly to take payment by card but struggled with connection. He contacted peter who said he would email details for bank transfer.
A day or so later the request for payment arrived BUT ALSO HAD THE LEAK in the same place.
I contacted Peter and said I would gladly make the payment once Paul comes back to fix the the leak ,to which he replied it does not work like that, he will not be sending anyone back to look at the problem until payment was made.
After much discussion I found I was getting nowhere and the only way I was going to get the problem solved was if I make the payment and have Paul come back.
Paul came back insisted he had fixed the gutter box and the leak was probably coming from else where and much investigation was need at additional cost.
We have since had another company come to do the work they were shocked at the appauling attempt Truly had made to fix the box gutter .
My advice to anyone tempted to use this company is please dont waste your money . They are cowboys and the customer service is appauling.
EDIT
Since writing this review Truly Customer services have been in contact with me , apologised for my experience and made a full refund.
USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL
I have just had the very worst experience with Truly Conservatory Repairs.
I have given them one star simply bacause they attended at the given appointment times .
I requested an inspection of my leaking conservatory roof for which Truly made a charge of £72. This charge would be deducted from the final quote/bill if I accepted their quote. The quote was for £332 and given Truly are "specialists" in conservatory roof repairs AND they are "A company you can trust", I duly accepted their quote. The engineer , Paul, spent 2 hours carrying out the repairs ( i.e. £165 per hour!!).
At no point was I made aware that the repairs may not be successful, but guess what ? They were UNSUCCESSFUL and as soon as the heavy rain returned, so did the leaks.
I contacted a gentleman called Peter to advise him of the continued leaks and was staggered to be told that Paul could revisit but if the work he had carried out was in order then I would have to pay another £72 call out charge and presumably receive a further quote based on his revised opinion as what was now responsible for the leaks !
I subsequently entered in to a series of emails with Peter but all to no avail. I stated, the very least Truly should do was to send Paul back to re-check his work but at NO additional cost to myself. Unsurprisingly, Peter would not agree to this and as such, I have paid out £332 for ZERO result.
How can a company operate in this manner ?
Stay clear of Truly at all costs.
Great job
Arrived early, did a great job, Very professional and reasonable Stuart
Replacement roof glazing
Just had all the glass replaced in my consevatory roof for self-cleaning glass with a solar control, excellent job both fitters worked really hard in difficult conditions with rain constantly interupting. It's made a real difference to the heat build up, would highly recommend.
Very fast service
Bought some retaining brackets from their website, decided it would be better to let the experts sort the problem so gave them a ring. An engineer came pretty quickly fixed a leak and fitted the brackets, great service, thanks Truly
