Do Not Trust This Bank
Dealing with this bank has become a nightmare. 1 month ago I requested statement documents that I cannot get to online and cannot filter to get what I needed. Rep 1 did not follow through. Follow up phone call that week Rep 2 did not follow through. Upon several call backs to the bank I got in touch with Brian Dlugosz some form of manager at corporate. He promised me the documents quickly. the documents he did send were not the STATEMENTS . They were from there credit check inquiry on my Ratings. Although I have great credit rating, and with this bank knowing they were not going to give me the cc because..... They pulled that credit anyway. This document he did send me was to have that inquiry removed. This bank , even though they were given all the proof they could possibly need that Google Ads Stole money from my bank account and claimed to deliver advertising that they did not, They Bank out of there money decided to pay them. Google sent nothing that proved they advertised my product. But all they had to say was. Oh ,he owes the money and that was good enough for TruMark. Not there customer but this cheating company google. I just have found out from the bank why they did not give me the card. That there was a write off that they paid this Google anyway. Without my permission and even though I changed the card on my bank account so google could not take anymore . If you want to get cash out of there bank, they often tell you , oh we dont have it here. I had to travel a few times to 3 banks to get what I requested from them. If you call them and can no longer talk to a branch where they get what you need done, it goes only to there main headquarters where when you are on hold for up to 10 to 30 minutes they have a repeating commercial over and over and over again with no break. Taking up your energy and peace while you try to do other work while on hold. They also have a different fico score than I receive through there site. I am presently going to get another bank account and not have my new product launch I have spent 4 years preparing, money , go to there bank. I don.t trust them. Bryan, Give Me My Statements ! NOW ! UPDATE , Bryan got back to me showing me the supposed statement he sent. They are wrong. They are not what I asked for. PERIOD !
