Encourage interaction and communication

Very complicated interpersonal relationships in the company and you have to work extra hours almost every day to reach sales quota. There is intense competition, especially during targeted promotion/milestone years. Peers and management have a sense of arrogance and judgement, this can lead to serious stress as the majority of your time is spent at work dealing with pressure from management and peers.

Just basic

The solutions they offer are very basic that you don't actually need to avail their digital solutions, services, and software. It would only be a waste of money as these can be easily done with a normal office software.
