Because they take time to explain things to their customers so they can understand about everything the insurance.
I filed a claim with TruStage and have had the worst experience ever. I have been out of work for two months with no source of income and have been paying my premiums for years. The claims adjuster (Jennifer) is never available or if I leave messages for a return call she never calls back. She keeps telling me she’s faxing requests to my physicians office for the past month, but to no avail. I’ve called repeatedly to confirm this information and neither office has received anything. This is delaying the process and causing me a great deal of stress/ frustration. Strange how you can pay your policy, but when it comes time to utilize it they give you the runaround. I also asked for a number for corporate and was told there isn’t one. How ironic. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

The insurance agent that sold the policy was very professional, detailed and overall amazing!
I had a great experience with their insurance teams. For the last policy, I had the agent was a true professional—kind, patient, and clear. They provide clear explanations that made it easy for me to explore all my options, which gave me total confidence in my final choice.

Agents and CSR are personable, upfront and knowledgeable about policies.
The representative was very well aversed with everything and broke down everything and told me work word how things went
The representative was very kind and patient clearly trying to explain what I qualify for. Allowing me the option to choose if I wanted to take advantage of what all I could add to my policy
This company explain every little details about the policy. Answering every questions and had when I call before purchasing the policy. Highly recommended.
I am very disappointed to say that I have been paying on a burial policy since 2014 for my mother, which nobody can find. I have been on the phone for 3 days, without any success. Payments have been debited from my account for 9,655 transactions. I have called 5 different numbers and spoken to Life, Accident, and Burial, and nobody can find the policy! And I have spoken to the Credit Union associated with the account being debited, who provided me with 2 of the 5 numbers! My last and final option is the Insurance Commissioner's office!
