Made an anxious situation much better with their professional approach (I had been to a large store where I was told that my data may not be recoverable and was quoted several hundred pounds for the job - despite no guarantee).
Logiplex dealt with me calmly and I felt that I could trust them to do their best.
I now have my machine back in full working order (including the data).

Can not fault these guys. PC is for business use and failed at a busy time. They worked over the weekend to get it fixed and it's come back 100% better than it was new. They also don't cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.

Replacement screen took over 2 weeks to be completed and updates on progress we're not forthcoming unless I rang the office. The final price was more than quoted. All in all it took longer and cost more than promised and therefore I would not return.
