JJ Plumbing and Heating (Chesterfield)
Jonathan Bates, gas/heating engineer extraordinaire, deserves way above 5 stars for this review.
Today Jonathan arrived at the crack of dawn to fit a new Baxi boiler and put right the wrongs of a previously badly-installed boiler by someone else years ago. This involved repositioning the flue, involving a roofer (thanks Mark Youd) and scaffolding, and all the intricate work involved in fitting a new boiler etc. He spent 12 hours here today in order to leave me with hot water and heating, and will return tomorrow to complete the job. Over and beyond my expectations.
Jonathan’s professionalism and work ethic are second to none, as are his attention to detail and constant reassurances that everything will be sorted. Can’t rate this man highly enough. He’s been working in freezing temperatures in my loft all day and has remained upbeat and cheerful the entire time. He’s brilliant.
Rest assured that if he does work for you, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Jonathan.

Restored my faith in good trades people.
I used TrustATrader after being badly let down by a trade just before Christmas. Dumped by SMS on the Saturday a week before work was due to start. I chose a decorator from the list . Read the reviews and made contact. Everything worked like clockwork. The job is finished and done to a high standard. Would willing use trust a trader again.
