Really helpful company, searching for care homes that accept pets are not easy to find! However, between us both looking locally I now have more than just one option. They always kept me up to date with their search results and passed my details onto perspective homes so we could arrange future viewings.My search would have taken much longer without their help.

My Aunt had very specific needs which her current home was unable to support her with and I was struggling to find a way of getting a list of homes that could meet her needs within a reasonable distance of my home. Trusted Care were actually recommended by a home that I contacted that couldn't support her needs and once I had explained what was required they sent me a list of homes. I would not have found the home that my Aunt has now moved to without Trusted Care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for support finding a suitable Care or Nursing home.

My 91 year old father in law, diagnosed with vascular dementia and alziema was becoming increasingly difficult to cope with despite his two sons taking it in turns to look after his needs. Both sons were showing signs of stress and were prescribed with anti depressants. On calling trusted care I was handled with compassion and efficiency. Within one hour, three care homes offering respite care had been located. I was contacted on the same day by the manager of one of them and swiftly a visit for myself and husband was arranged. Another care home also contacted me a short while later. Within one week, an assessment was carried out and arrangements made for my father in law to spend a week in respite with a view to make the stay more permanent at a later date. I can't thank Leigh-anne enough for her amazing work ethics, listening and communication skills. All families need Trusted Care at some point in their lives.

Great organization, friendly, understanding and extremely helpful. Took some details and sourced appropriate nursing care home in super quick time. Kept supporting until care was found. I was struggling to find appropriate care on my own.It was very stressful on a tight time line, I contacted 12 nursing homes without success.I can't praise them highly enough.

I rang Trustedcare for information on restbite for my Mum while my Dad was in hospital, we needed care asap. Tabitha asked some questions and was friendly, understood our needs and quick to send information on all nearby care homes who could accommodate my Mum and her needs. We had a viewing and assessment the next day and the following day my Mum was in the care home. Tabitha has been in touch to catch up with us and I thank her for all of her help, understanding and great service for helping us.

I really cant thank you guys enough. Its made it so easy to find a place for respite care for my dad. I told you guys what we was after and i was given 3 options within a day. Went and viewed the closest place to us and its perfect. I dodnt have to spend hours ringing around places amd getting dead ends..
