I have been with Trusted insurances for years and they have been great at dealing with my claims every single time. Unfortunately I've had to claim multiple times because of my screen breaking and they have always dealt with the situation quickly and amicably. The price is reasonable, the coverage is great and the process is very straightforward.

I’ve been a long-term customer for many years and I was perfectly happy with both the price and the cover.
I’ve now been told my policy is being cancelled because my devices are considered “too old” and no longer “good value for money.” What’s frustrating is that this reasoning doesn’t really make sense from a customer perspective.
You don’t receive the cash value of the devices - the whole point of having insurance is that they repair or replace them if something goes wrong. I was happy to continue paying for that peace of mind.
Describing it as “value for me” feels misleading. In reality, it seems more about the company deciding the devices are no longer cost-effective for them to cover, rather than whether the policy still provides value to the customer.
It gives the impression they’re happy to take your money while devices are newer, but once they become older (and potentially more likely to need support), they simply drop you.
Very disappointing experience and not the level of customer loyalty I expected.

Took far to long to swap a device and supercilious replays don't help customer confidence

I tried to call the claims line on that I had lost my wallet with cash inside, each time I called I was met with a automated line saying 'please call Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm' - it was 1pm on a Monday!
I then reported the claim online.
Over 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything back, despite ringing a couple of times.
I have got through three times, each time I get through to someone who, in my opinion, doesn't have the level of English required to be dealing with claims on behalf of AXA. One claim handler put the phone down on me when asked a simple question, can I log a claim.
I have used Trusted Insurance several times in the past as well as sorting family members insurance out with them. I work in the insurance industry and will make sure I never use an insurer that is underwritten by AXA again, given how poor the AXA claims service is.

Very shit insurance group. Non professional staff and just doing fraud with people. Asking different thing for claim approval when you provided then raise issues in things.they didn’t want to approve claim for anyone. Same things do with my friend 2 years before. So I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Had phone insurance for a number of years with this company and I can’t think of anyone better for price and service.
Didn’t know they did laptop insurance and also sorted a good policy for that today with help from Alan who guided me through the process and was very patient and well spoken. Big shout out to Alan who is a credit to the company.

The online claim form does not work. Multiple attempts on different devices, different document formats etc. The phone number to make a claim is not free. The cover of your policy is misleading. Yes, I read the policy and all the small print. Pointless getting cover, it was not the cheapest option and yet it was no better cover. Call centre operator unprofessional and rude. Very disappointing.

I am a older lady had a licence for years this year I bought a new car and went to change my car insurance was told I was not allowed as I was a older lady and said I was a risk it may be in the small print but I did not see it told I could not even pick my new car up.

Everything was easy and straight forward .Easy to understand plus you get great protection for your mobile phone. Also reasonably priced for what you get.
I cannot believe how terrible this company is.
Firstly the claim form doesn't work, like literally will not let you submit a claim.
So I submitted my claims to axa who are the parent company.
All my claims were denied but they didn't specify what claim the denial was in relation to (just sent me a reference number that I hadn't previously been given) so I have no idea which letter is for which claim.
And all for valid things covered by my policy (missed flight, delays etc.)
Have repeatedly contacted customer services and been ignored.

Fortunately we have not had to claim, however renewal when a credit card has been changed was not the simplest experience. Chat took time, and finally managed to resolve.
