Trusted Translations provides a quote for translation within 24 hours of your request. Their translations are always completed within the specified time frame given. They are very easy to work with!

This is my third time working with Trusted Translations, Inc. From my first experience, I recognized the company's attention to detail, both in terms of their work but also in their customer service approach. I was assigned a single individual, the same person, to work with through all of my projects. He has been professional but friendly, and highly responsive. I will absolutely continue to use this company for future translation needs.

We have translated several technical brochures and documents into Spanish with Trusted Translations over the past 2-3 years. They are always very quick to respond with a very reasonable quote and typically have a very fast turn around time to get the translated documents back. Definitely recommend!

I worked with Sven who did not return calls and emails. I had to talk to a manager who then had Sven call me. They translated a patient guide from English to Spanish and did a horrible job. Spanish speakers found many errors of the final version. One example: they put "continental" instead of "continence" (referring to bowel continence). I requested a proofreader to thoroughly go through the publication and make corrections. This person only changed a handful of things. A Spanish speaker then found three errors on pages six and three more on page 8. This person refuses to recommend the guide we spent $3,837 on!

This was one of the quickest and easiest experiences I have ever had. We needed an employment application and some other internal documents converted to Spanish and we used Trusted Translations. Their communication and customer service was amazing, as well as the final product. We had one of our bilingual employees look through the application and she stated it was perfect. We had used another company before and the product was filled with errors. Now we have no reason to worry.
