Very confusing, it was hard to understand the people I was dealing with, plus there was a misunderstanding on the price. Price was more than what was showing online.

Total scam site. We purchased tickets for around $200 and was charged and received a confirmation email. Later they sent us an email to call them which when we did, they said the tickets at that price were no longer available and they tried to give us alternate times, flights, and dates... For $1,000 more. When we said no, we want the tickets at the same price we were charged and do no want to pay an additional $1000, they kept trying to throw in an additional carry on or other smaller things but we repeatedly rejected the changes and asked for a confirmation of the refund. Instead they sent a confirmation for the changes and the additional $1000 cost. After many times more of rejecting changes and demanding a refund, we gave up and will have to cancel our card to stop the payment. Do not trust these people, it's a total scam.

One of the customer service support team was rude and my reservation changed many times with different prices, always higher than the one I did pay at my initial booking.

I put one star because they had nothing less. I booked a flight to Dominican Republic in February 2023 for December 2023, 10 months in advanced. After i paid for the flight they contacted me that i had to verify my flight and then told me about the price change. I should have cancelled right there and then. Fast forward to December. I noticed my flight was not on my Delta app and when I was putting in my confirmation number nothing came up. I called Delta and they told me my flight had been canceled by the travel agency!!!! I had received no notification or any refund. When I called TrustFares the agent played it off like it was all Delta's fault and even proceeded to yell at the Delta agent and call them a liar and then proceeded to yell at me!!! They told me they weren't refunding me the money and to dispute my card. They brushed me off. So I had to book a different flight, obviously directly with the airline. Fast forward a bit more to April 2024, I am still disputing the charges as my card keeps getting rebilled for the amount of the flights. TRUSTFARES IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!
