Dont believe their marketing literature

Having used the DF50's for a few years I looked at the specs of the new DF90 and decided it was worth the upgrade .. over twice the white power and over 7x more UV power (15000lm vs 6500lm and 65lm vs 8.5lm respectively) according to their website along with what should be a more powerful battery.
However, the burn time stats were a little confusing and it did seem a little odd that the power of the red LEDs was only 16lm vs the old less powerful light of 391lm and this confusion continued when the lamp arrived (purchased direct from Trustfire) ....
The new DF90 was clearly indead brighter than the DF50 in terms of white light and it was interesting that the low power white was actually more yellow as opposed to the DF50 which has a lower power cold white beam. In addition, the red light was the the same power (not weaker) but the UV, however, was FAR weaker and is clearly unsuitable for making coral or other underwater life glow at night and this was one of the main reasons I had bought it.
Having discussed the issue with Trustfire they assured me that I did not have a faulty unit and this was how is was ... they said the UV simply looked less bright since the white light was so much stronger - complete rubbish of course as I tested the UV along side the DF50 and the results were under half the LUX.
Anyway - if you are purely after a bright white video light this is fine ... if you are after a UV lamp then go for the old style DF50 (or a different brand). Either way DO NOT trust their marketing literature or their return policies as since they decided to ship from China to me (as they did not have the right UK stock) if I want to return it I need to ship it (insured and tracked) to China at my own cost.

Trustfire UC10 battery charger

I purchased a Trustfire UC10 battery charger, which suddenly broke after the first few uses. I contacted customer support via WhatsApp, who responded within 24 hours and were immediately responsive and helpful. I reported and described the problem, and a working replacement was immediately sent to me. Thanks to Trustfire and their quick and efficient support!

I ordered a Trustfire T11R

I ordered a Trustfire T11R, after using it for two months the LED suddenly stopped working. Contacted them directly and Trustfire promised me a replacement as it was covered by the warranty. 4 months have passed, I didn't receive anything, sent 5 mails and never received a reply.

Do NOT trust them

Do not trust…

I don't know if it is a scam because they answered me at a first moment. But it took much time from one message to the other.

They didn't solve my problem and the they didn't ask anymore after promises.

I ordered a headlamp and it was shipped correctly (at least there was a tracking number).

It took almost a month to Italy and I casually checked the tracking in the evening of the same day it was delivered. But really nothing was delivered. I was at home all the day.

I contacted them and after some emails and asking to the post office, it resulted it was their task to ask to their shipping service for a refund.

After many other emails they told me they asked to them but they never answered me any more.

I suggest to not trust them and buy the product from some marketplace with warranties

Not working right out of the box…

Just received a max 2350 TFDF30 flashlight for diving. It will not turn on. I have sent email (the chat with me feature said no one available). It has a rechargeable battery, but I can't find a charger for the battery to purchase in the event it is the battery.

3yr warranty on box. We will see how this plays out.

Complete scam

Complete scam, do not order from their website, I ordered two LED Flashlights and it took forever. They were refusing to provide me tracking number. Their customer service is horrible and 4 weeks later when I received the product, both lights literally died in 10 minutes. Horrible experience with these people.

I recently tried to import a sample …

I recently tried to import a sample unit from one of this companies agents yet despite going through all the correct channels, I was supplied with a unit that turned out to be a returned product mixed up with what should have been my sample unit.

A simple error which I would and could have easily overlooked however after sending the requested proof of the damaged item, including fake batteries (as they only supplied just over 3000Mah instead of the promised 5000Mah, and that was the best one!, the other 2 sample batteries produced a maximum of 2800 Mah and just over 2800 Mah respectively) however what came next literally blew me away!!!

The Agent named Pinky, said that I should return the product at my cost to them and would not accept that the batteries were faulty denying that they supply anything other than genuine products!

I demanded a refund as it had cost me £19 importation fees alone for the sample however I was met with a wall of silence from both this Pinky agent as well as Trustfire themselves.

To cut a long story short I was sent a pathetic email from their agent begging for the sample to be returned or she would have it removed from her wages by her manager?!!

I thought i was dealing with a reputable company who cares about potential customers however after this I demanded they either replace the faulty unit or refund me including the £19 import fees.

Again I was met with a wall of silence and to date I have not been contacted by Trustfire themselves only by the agent who sent a disgraceful email in which she stated that I was "selfish" because I refused to return the item at my cost?

To date I still have not, despite several attempts been able to recoup my losses however I was fortunate enough to use PayPal so the actual cost of the product was returned, I am still left with 3 sub standard batteries, a broken useless paperweight of a torch and a bill of £19 import fees for this faulty product.

Any genuine company would look at this and make things right so this is their chance to do so by either supplying me the item I was interested in bulk purchasing or returning the £19 import fees for this faulty product.

So much for the name Trust in Trustfire , maybe they should consider a name change to FaultyFire or FakeFire?

Until they make contact I will continue to makeas many companies who deal with this Trustfire company, as well as people who buy their products that they are not to be trusted as I have been completely ripped off, no wonder they preferred a T/T payment or W/U to PayPal as this would have left me high and dry, at least I am only down £19 as well as the fact I will never deal with this company again and I will advise as many people/companies/potential buyers as I possibly can that they are scammers who operate with atrocious customer service which is none existent and you will not be happy.

I look forward to a response from management who I am sure will want me to be made whole again therefore potentially changing my review as every second people will be reading this utterly damming review and hopefully will change their minds on buying from these scammers.

I would be only too happy to remove this or replace it with a decent review if they supply the product I ordered and 3 brand new as advertised batteries!!!!

The model I ordered as a sample was the Flashlight TR-9T6 Powered by 9xCree® LEDs 11000 lumens -9 11000 lumen unit utilising 3 x 26650 batteries @ supposedly 5000Mah per 26650 unit.

I look forward to a response from management who I am sure will see the bigger picture here, if I hear nothing then more reviews will be placed by friends and colleagues who are absolutely disgraced by my treatment and the blatant ignorance at the hands of this so called reputable company.

People please listen to this and choose another supplier as you will be let down and ignored as I am, after a short time I will add to this review with some of the emails I actually received as well as photographic evidence and even links to an online review of the faulty unit which management should know will be seen by thousands of potential buyers.

Regards

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Look here for images of the faulty unit and links to a review which will be up and running very soon, I actually never realised but I had several old trustfire small torches I have owned for around a year and they are as bad as this one so I will also include a review of those in comparison to a $2 torch which outperforms the trustfire units!!!

Don't be scammed people, as I said I dealt with someone named as Pinky and looking on their website it's more than a little suspicious that the contact name for support is,,,, wait for it,,,,, none other than Pinky!!!

So she has made up her fictitious manager as well as her claimed $500 per month income as she is clearly the owner of the company.

Keep checking back for updates!!!

Remember TO NOT BUY FROM FAKEFIRE OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED IN MY OPINION!!!!!

Links to online reviews will go live within the next few days so if this scam of a company and Pinky wish to avoid looking a countless amount of sales , they should pay the £19 they owe me, swallow their price and recognise that the damming evidence I will and can produce will cost them more that a pitiful £19?!?!

It will cost them BIG TIME!!!!
