I recently tried to import a sample …
I recently tried to import a sample unit from one of this companies agents yet despite going through all the correct channels, I was supplied with a unit that turned out to be a returned product mixed up with what should have been my sample unit.
A simple error which I would and could have easily overlooked however after sending the requested proof of the damaged item, including fake batteries (as they only supplied just over 3000Mah instead of the promised 5000Mah, and that was the best one!, the other 2 sample batteries produced a maximum of 2800 Mah and just over 2800 Mah respectively) however what came next literally blew me away!!!
The Agent named Pinky, said that I should return the product at my cost to them and would not accept that the batteries were faulty denying that they supply anything other than genuine products!
I demanded a refund as it had cost me £19 importation fees alone for the sample however I was met with a wall of silence from both this Pinky agent as well as Trustfire themselves.
To cut a long story short I was sent a pathetic email from their agent begging for the sample to be returned or she would have it removed from her wages by her manager?!!
I thought i was dealing with a reputable company who cares about potential customers however after this I demanded they either replace the faulty unit or refund me including the £19 import fees.
Again I was met with a wall of silence and to date I have not been contacted by Trustfire themselves only by the agent who sent a disgraceful email in which she stated that I was "selfish" because I refused to return the item at my cost?
To date I still have not, despite several attempts been able to recoup my losses however I was fortunate enough to use PayPal so the actual cost of the product was returned, I am still left with 3 sub standard batteries, a broken useless paperweight of a torch and a bill of £19 import fees for this faulty product.
Any genuine company would look at this and make things right so this is their chance to do so by either supplying me the item I was interested in bulk purchasing or returning the £19 import fees for this faulty product.
So much for the name Trust in Trustfire , maybe they should consider a name change to FaultyFire or FakeFire?
Until they make contact I will continue to makeas many companies who deal with this Trustfire company, as well as people who buy their products that they are not to be trusted as I have been completely ripped off, no wonder they preferred a T/T payment or W/U to PayPal as this would have left me high and dry, at least I am only down £19 as well as the fact I will never deal with this company again and I will advise as many people/companies/potential buyers as I possibly can that they are scammers who operate with atrocious customer service which is none existent and you will not be happy.
I look forward to a response from management who I am sure will want me to be made whole again therefore potentially changing my review as every second people will be reading this utterly damming review and hopefully will change their minds on buying from these scammers.
I would be only too happy to remove this or replace it with a decent review if they supply the product I ordered and 3 brand new as advertised batteries!!!!
The model I ordered as a sample was the Flashlight TR-9T6 Powered by 9xCree® LEDs 11000 lumens -9 11000 lumen unit utilising 3 x 26650 batteries @ supposedly 5000Mah per 26650 unit.
I look forward to a response from management who I am sure will see the bigger picture here, if I hear nothing then more reviews will be placed by friends and colleagues who are absolutely disgraced by my treatment and the blatant ignorance at the hands of this so called reputable company.
People please listen to this and choose another supplier as you will be let down and ignored as I am, after a short time I will add to this review with some of the emails I actually received as well as photographic evidence and even links to an online review of the faulty unit which management should know will be seen by thousands of potential buyers.
Regards
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Look here for images of the faulty unit and links to a review which will be up and running very soon, I actually never realised but I had several old trustfire small torches I have owned for around a year and they are as bad as this one so I will also include a review of those in comparison to a $2 torch which outperforms the trustfire units!!!
Don't be scammed people, as I said I dealt with someone named as Pinky and looking on their website it's more than a little suspicious that the contact name for support is,,,, wait for it,,,,, none other than Pinky!!!
So she has made up her fictitious manager as well as her claimed $500 per month income as she is clearly the owner of the company.
Keep checking back for updates!!!
Remember TO NOT BUY FROM FAKEFIRE OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED IN MY OPINION!!!!!
Links to online reviews will go live within the next few days so if this scam of a company and Pinky wish to avoid looking a countless amount of sales , they should pay the £19 they owe me, swallow their price and recognise that the damming evidence I will and can produce will cost them more that a pitiful £19?!?!
It will cost them BIG TIME!!!!
