Australia pricing needs to be fixed
Its cheaper to buy from trustico.com than from trustico.com.au.
A couple of times I've made the mistake of using the .com.au site instead of the .com site. Won't be doing that again.
Can't see how the same SSL cert delivered electronically can be $306 from the USA and $391 from Australia.
Even allowing for GST thats a bit rich.

Service review
Hi. Obviously this is a necessary service for websites however we had some difficulty installing it to our site which required us to engage our computer technicians from another company to install it.
Initially when I attempted to renew the certificate I believed it was just a case of accessing your site, paying their respective fee and the SSL would be installed automatically
Our only complaint would be that to install the SSL certificate does not appear to be that simple.

Fast, helpful and cheap to boot.
I purchased a certificate to use on my web server and found the process to be far less painless than I imagined it would.
As an SSL newbie, I did encounter some issues on my end which was purely down to an error on my part with not completely understanding the installation process but with the very helpful assistance of Trustico's online support, I had my issue sorted out within a couple of hours.
Looking back, if I was already an SSL expert, I'd have found the process simple and fast. You get what you pay for, there's no jumping of hoops and you get your certificate quite literally within minutes of payment.
Two thumbs up!

Unfortunately the SAN extra cost is something that has been introduced by our supplier GeoTrust and therefore we have to pass on the additional charge to our customers. When you shop around you will see that we are charging much less than many of our competitors for the extra SANs. And of course we offer price matching so please let us know if you found a better price for the same product and we will offer it to you for the same!
