You don't even email to check if its a valid customer
So I was in a need of a certificate really fast due current certificate being rescreated for a new domain, it was really urgently and trustico was in my mind with the fastest ssl cert generation.
While I requested a ssl certificate, order was cancelled probably because of my brand. Not good for business, at least check the client/ask more details to see if its a valid order/client or not.
And I was also referring my clients here to you, not have a bad taste in my mouth...

All SSL Certificate orders go through an automated validation process as well as manual processes for some orders. The automated validation processes are not specifically processed by Trustico, they are processed at Symantec who is the issuer of the SSL Certificate. I did't cancel my order but it was cancelled. I have sent an email to request for explanation but I have not received any response.

I Thought I was having a bad experience
This is an update to an earlier post, (which I deleted)...
I was having issues with the private key for my site, and requested some help, the email drew no reaction or response, (I Thought).
I was contacted and given the information I required to get my site up and running. I was having issues with the Private Key, from a CSR I had created on their site. I had not used the CSR generation tool on their site before, so I was not quite sure how to get the private key. I tried a few of their tools to create different certificate types, but just could not get the private key. Their tools need a bit more documentation, as soon as the lightbulb went on over my head, I got the certificate and private key without issue.

Easy and inexpensive
The Trustico order process, and CERT and KEY generation services is easy and inexpensive. Depending on your configuration, the intermediate cert may have to be concatenated with another key or cert, which isn't always obvious. Otherwise, the site contains all the information you need to purchase and successfully install SSL certificates.

Speedy Processing
All our client's certificates come through quickly even OV and EV certs - they really push them through and stay on top of the process. The sales and technical support team are a great bunch of people to deal with, they know their stuff and they always go the extra mile. The Reseller panel is pretty comprehensive and we don't use all the features but if you order large volumes of certificates it's auto management features and reporting tools are great.
