Me and my husband used Sun Bum coral safe factor 30 for the 1st time on the 1st week of our holiday in Thailand we were in the sea for less than an hour an reapplied the cream after and both ended up fried to crisp. I had sunstroke and was so burnt I couldnt even wear a bra, I spoke to a young guy while we were there and he had the same experience with the sun bum cream last year but also had blisters, he showed me pictures of this. I would only recommend this suncream if you want to be burnt alive.

I absolutely love Sun Bum spf 15 browning lotion! I get a beautiful nice even tan with or without the sun. It shortens my exposure to the sun and I still get a beautiful natural sun kissed tan. I apply to my whole body rub it in really well and I allow it to completely dry before I dress. I have had no issues with it staining any of my clothes. This is absolutely the best product I have used.

Really lovely and helpful staff!! Their products are fab! I use the chapsticks all year round and the sunscreen is great when I’m on the beach. It smells lovely too!! I’d highly recommend them to anyone and have on loads of occasions!

I bought a factor 30 sun stick that you twist up like a lipstick . It has brown and yellow coating on the out side of the packaging. I took it on holiday it was brand new . On the first day I went into my bag and it was covered in brown stains and bits ( my bag was new and cost £300 ) the outside packaging had all peeled off and melted making the mess in my bag all over my hands when you touch it . Yes I was in a hot country in June but surely that’s what the product is for to use in the sun !!!!
I complained they referred me back to boots where I purchased it . Boots said it’s there problem sent me back to sun bum , I then had to take the product into a boots store for them to return as evidence to sun bum . Since then I’ve repeatedly chased by email to Sunbum . Omg so frustrating they speak to me like I’m a 18 year old surfer kid . What the hell so unprofessional. I’m a 50 year old woman with a complaint about a faulty product!!!!
This company presents itself as a joke and is a joke ! What’s the point in manufacturing a product that melts when it’s supposed to be for use in the sun . It was only in my bag as well not stood in direct sun light 🤬

Would give it a -5 if I could. They offer up a free product in order for you to order it, then they redirect you to their website to create an account so you can keep track of your orders and put your information in and so on well after they do that you place your order for the free product that they offer you which was a free bag drawstring bag as a matter of fact send you a email that said that your order was canceled but I have a confirmation email that said my order was successful and everything so other I have to do really is still people's information from them that's all for marketing purposes only. After this I would I don't care what they sell or how good it is after you deceive me like that I wouldn't buy any of your products I don't care how good they work lying in deceitful that's what this company is

I purchased several BUM products including the MANGO SPF LIP BALM this summer. After using the Mango SPF lip balm, my lips became severely swollen, painful and I lost several layers of my skin due to the surface of the lip being covered by small blisters. I did not realize that the BUM Mango SPF lip balm caused my issue. I thought I may have failed to put on enough lip gloss on a sunny day. After my vacation, I happened to use the BUM mango lip gloss again. Again, my lips became terribly painful and swollen. I again lost several layers of skin from my lips to the extent that I had small blood blisters and sloughing skin (I have photos).

Here is the important part - I emailed BUM and go an email bot response. Then I went to their webpage and saw that others were having the same issue. I crafted a professional review of the product on their site (meaning just the facts and no nastiness at all). I received notice that they would not be posting my review because it did not meet their guidelines. How many other 1 star reviews of this product did they reject? How many other people were injured due to this product? Who knows but I can tell you there are 14 reviews that I saw that contain the same concern. 14!! Surely the staff at BUM could take a day off from surfing to answer an email to let me know they received this critical email. Guess not. I see this as a customer service failure. I cannot recommend this product to others and am concerned about their level of professionalism if they cannot respond to people who have been harmed by their product.

Great sun care products.
Got their SPF 30 lotion form Amazon for my kids since they saw the packaging and thought it was cute. This lotion is great non-greasy and easy to apply.
