If I could leave zero stars, I would. Though their service promises no fake followers, that is indeed all they offer. I would see no activity on my instagram's business account, until I would reach out to them to complain that nothing was moving. Shortly thereafter (I mean, within a couple of hours at most) I would suddenly get a surge of new followers. Every account that would start following was named after an animal and combination of numbers, and had close to zero activity on their own profiles. It did nothing for my growth, and now that I have canceled my membership, my views and likes have dropped to almost zero, which was not the case before I started using Trusy. Going in, I thought well if it doesn't work at least it won't hurt my business's social media presence - turns out it actually did. Do not use that service!

Fake followers, worst customer service. Once you realize they are all about adding fake followers to your account… And you try to cancel the service… They keep adding fake followers to your account.. worst experience ever! Stay away from this company if you don’t want to put your account at risk!

The service is great honestly. This program is set up for people who understand the social media economy and how the algorithm works.

I will break it down for you, so you don't feel the need to leave a negative review later:

1. To get organic growth from potential clients/real following, your account must have actions taken on it like follower growth, comments, and likes on it. If you are starting from 0 you need to "warm up" your accounts. Trusy helps you do that.

2. When real followers see your content but you only have 200 followers, you do not look legit, no one stays on your page or gives you a chance. Thats why Trusy is an important partner for you. Businesses must "look" professional first before they get trust from the market.

Trusy is a great on ramp service and at an amazing price.

To understand that you should understand where Trusy fits in a real marketing strategy. Professional marketers would understand.

P.S. Start slow and gradually grow.

I would have rated it zero stars if I could have- this company lacks integrity on all fronts. No one is associated with the company on LinkedIn as "staff". They "pretend" to have staff when it's a one man show, using different names to pretend to be a successful company. False promises and unethical its conduct.

All the follows that come from them are fake accounts and bots and will put your account in jeopardy of being shut down.

Zero organic growth. And they don’t honor the money back guarantee at all. You won’t get your money back regardless of what they say, even after 3 days in when you see it’s nothing but bots and fake likes. I don’t believe any of these five star reviews. Unless they’re fans of bot likes and followers which insta will most certainly notice eventually. Again, nothing at all organic. Total scam.

I’m definitely confused with why there are so many 1 star reviews on here. They deliver exactly what they advertise. They are fast and friendly in their email communications and I have friends who initially recommended Trusy to me and they have had nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend.

This service is a joke. Its full of spammy followers and they do not respond to a cancelation request. I have made multiple attempts to cancel now and they just keep billing me

I've been using Trusy's instagram services for a little over a year now for my small business & plan to continue my subscription.

I think your experience will depend on the expectations & goals that you are looking to achieve. I wanted to achieve small organic growth for my business instagram account while getting enough traffic on my posts to boost them to the explore page. Although the follower accounts from Trusy are not accounts that will engage outside of liking content, it has definitely worked to push my content to the explore page to generate leads every time I post. My growth is substantial enough to make my business look credible but not too large as to raise red flags. It's been incredibly helpful for getting my posts traction that generate website traffic, which was my goal, so for me their service has been great for my needs.

Their customer service is also great so I'm not sure why other reviews are claiming this is a scam. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the follower accounts definitely look fake & like bot accounts if anyone skimmed through my followers list & clicked on some of the followers that have been generated from Trusy services. If you're looking for organic growth & pushing content out to the explore page I definitely recommend their services.

Trusy delivers on what they say they can do. Unfortunately, the following they help build isn't in North America.
it is a great service for small companies trying to grow their following base and bump up their engagement.
