No magic pills potions or fantasy Tibetan Immortal Life tree fruit. Just quality logical sound advice.
Initially this looks like one of those dumb fad diets you constantly get bombarded with from Google ads.
WELL THIS IS NOT THAT
Simple no nonsense advice from someone who knows what he's talking about… Mike Geary.
There is no magical cure for weight loss. You fat funkers who are trying to find a tea, coffee, shake, powder, pill etc in order to lose weight, while still sitting on your fat behinds watching TLC all day and stuffing your face with Burger King and Pizza FORGET IT. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE A LARD-A**.
This book worked for me with lifestyle advice, and NOT a diet. This is a handbook on how to change your life for the better, from making better and more informed food choices, to exercise tips etc.
Ignore the title, it's not all about abs at all. That almost cheapens the wealth of knowledge in this tome. It's all about living right.. and living right not only makes you feel good, it makes you ultimately look good too.
People wanna look good, but don't want to change how they live. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. Put down that processed crap and stop ordering salads to make you feel like you are being healthy, but then slathering it with 2000 calories of ranch sauce.
Stop being morons. You eat 3000 a day, burn off 1500 a day. Where do you think that other 1500 calories is gonna go. Ye that's right... your fat behind.
I'm not on my high horse here, because to be honest, since I lost all my weight following the advice in this book, I also have regressed and put it back on again over the last year. Life gets in the way sometimes... stresses.. unforeseen circumstances. You just have to say to yourself that you wanna get back on the horse... but mean it.
No one is gonna help you lose weight but YOU. This book gives you the knowledge and tools to guide you to how you should live your life, which basically involves rejecting all the processed crap that food companies convince us are good so that they con make money. Our bodies were not designed to consume the crap we eat every day.
Sorry if some of what I said offends you... but if it did, that means you just don't want to face up to the fact that this is hitting home, and you don't want to change.
Big is NOT beautiful, big is lazy and unhealthy. If you wanna be big, that's fine. I myself currently have a big fat gut, but that was my choice. No one is gonna come and tell me to lose it. I would tell them to funk off.
Nevertheless, I'm also not gonna listen to someone tell me it's 'beautiful' cause it isn't. I'm always out of breath with the slightest exertion, my clothes don't fit and I'm always uncomfortable. I dread to see the visceral fat build-up around my organs and at my age I am probably risking contracting heart disease or cancer.
That's MY fault, and I choose to address it now. If you are not happy with being big, maybe it's time for you to also change your life for the better.
Read this book and follow his logical advice, and I promise you your life will be so much better. Rant over xx
