I’m into my third week and as yet haven’t felt any improvement.. I do realise that this product probably has a cumulative effect but was hoping for a glimmer of improvement.

Magic in a bottle
After reading about curcumin on Instagram I ordered three bottles.I had been taking turmeric with Acv every morning.
My joints hurt especially my knees at the age of 67. I am active person and love my daily workouts but kneeling on hard surfaces was next to impossible! Three weeks in and I can kneel with complete ease!!! Incredibly good product which I have already told my family and friends about. It's not a unpleasant taste, just takes time to get use to it. I am not sure if taking it once a day is the right thing but that's what I do. Time will tell if it helps me.

You can take the Vitality in different ways. Here are some tips from our team:
1. You don’t need to take the full dose in one sitting. If it’s too strong you can dilute- fewer pumps and create 2 drinks per day! This will make the taste less intense.
2. Added to Sparkling water with the juice of 1/2 a lime makes a deliciously refreshing drink.
3. Adding to a lightly sweetened non-dairy milk takes the edge off the intensity. Turns it into a nice creamy drink - like Turmeric latte.
