I always wanted to try VR and when I saw on facebook that it was on sale, I rented the oculus go. When setting up the headset I had some difficulty connecting the controller to the headset and they were very quick to respond & helped me set it up.
Surprised at how easy it was to use. Rented a camera, no issues with any part of the process. I'm happy.
I have been using Tryatec since only a few weeks. The first time the transaction was flawless and I had a very good experience. The second time I had to unfortunately cancel the transaction 5 days before the date but could not find a cancel button on their website. (Note there is no iOS app in the App Store hence you have to use a browser). As I could not find the cancel butten I emailed them instead. When after 3 days I had no response I called them and they could not find my email but promised they would cancel the transaction.
Overall a good service but with some early teething issues which need to be sorted before I use it again.
Great way to rent expensive cameras for a really cheap price. Had no problem when meeting up with the owner, and everything was pretty straight forward .
