AGRESSIVE SALES and SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered the HairGrow spray. Immediately I was bombarded with solicitations to buy a shampoo and how the product works best with the shampoo, I refused the shampoo, then I was bombarded with an ad to buy a conditioner. These ads were within the same transaction were very aggressive and strongly insinuated the the product would not work without the shampoo and conditioner. I refused the conditioner. By this time I was wondering if this was a scam. Also, I wondered if the product would work without these added items. I had just paid them $100. and did not have another $200 to spend. After thinking on it, I contacted them via their app and cancelled the order WITHIN 30 MINUTES.. It was in the evening late so I followed up with another text the following day. Still they sent out the order WITHOUT a return address so I could not Return to Sender. Their refund policy clearly shows that it takes 3-6 hours to dispatch an order. I was within this timeframe. I contacted them and they agreed to refund my money with a $10 return label fee. I did not think that was fair so we are still negotiating on it.
VERY AGREESSIVE SALES TACTICS, NO RETURN ADDRESS AND WILL NOT ACCEPT BUYER LABEL, CHARGES FOR RETURN LABEL EVEN WHEN ITEM IS CANCELLED WITHIN THEIR STATED POLICY.
BUYER BEWARE!
Due to these things, I have not tried this product and have no idea if it works, Their customer service DOES NOT work for me.

I wanted to order 3 bottles of HaloGrow,
After filling in my details, payment was requested before the total price would be disclosed. As I’m in Australia I needed to know the total price including the exchange rate and any hidden costs.
Your failure to disclose the costs before I authorise the transaction resulted in my reluctance to go ahead with the order.

When I couldn’t get a total cost before ordering I had to delete and withdrawer my order. I previously have had bad experiences with online shopping so I am cautious now.

New Halogrow customer
Having read all the information & the reviews on the website regarding this product, I decided to go ahead & make a purchase. I haven't any knowledge about whether the spray will achieve the results highlighted but I will give it a try. Previously I have used Health supplements recommended for Hair following the menopause but I haven't felt that they have produced the results I would have desired. I have since stopped taking them. When I came across Halogrow's advert on the website initially I was impressed & therefore have ordered it to give it a try. Hopefully it will be affective.

Ordering it, was straightforward, but it had many pages of upsell. It’s easy to continue to say “no thanks”, though. It was quick to go through.
