I was sent the wrong color. They said they would send me the correct one right away. No word since even though I have emailed their customer support numerous times.

I made my order on January 6th, 2026. It's now April 23rd, and I still have not received my order. The tracking they gave me, no longer works and there's no way to contact them, because they are only contacted through email, and their email no longer goes through. It's a scam, so I would suggest avoiding this company entirely.

I feel ripped off by Orba…
I ordered 2 bra items from Orba in February this year. I received an order about 3 weeks later and only the color was correct. Two different sizes, one 2 sizes too large, the other 2 sizes too small! I finally got a response with a promise to send the correct sizes. Now, at least 3 weeks later I have heard absolutely nothing, even after sending many emails. This is such poor customer service and I feel totally ripped off!

Orba claims to have 4.91/5 (10,364) from Trustpilot on their website. THIS IS FALSE. What a scam. Tracking on my order suddenly stopped on Feb 10th and I never received my order nor have they answered my emails requesting a refund. Sadly, they are using Trustpilot to scam buyers. How does Trustpilot give them a 2.9 rating when everyone has given them a 1-star?

Would give it a zero. Ordered XL, is more like a XS. Have emailed them several times with no satisfaction. Fell this is a scam and wish I would have never ordered. Took 4 weeks for items to arrive. Website sizing is so far off.

Clothing ordered & labeled XL and received was smaller than XS. Site indicated they updated their sizing and 100% correct.
Recommend indicating that they are in China based on tracking. Says estimated delivery time 7-12 days in US but delays up to 30 days. Order received day 29. Review website details now after the fact are regrettably questionable. Used PayPal but company listed as BiteMush? Only contact available by email. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩
