If I could, I would not even give a star!! It's all scam!! No customer service, took forever to reply my emails to suit them, so that the return date is expired! I was expecting a $120 refund but only got $35, no more reply after that!

Scam! I ordered 7 tiny tendos and only received 3 and one is broken. They said they will send a replacement or a refund but never did. They eventually just stopped replying. Don’t buy anything with them!

LIARS. After I paid for 3 TinyTendos in November, they kept writing to me asking to add more products and an email confirmation with my correct address. Right before Christmas I hadn't received my product so I reached out and their automated email said my package was being delivered late. LIES AND MORE LIES. IT NEVER CAME. THIS GETS 000000000 STARS

SCAM company! TryRetroBros ! They take your money, and send broken cheap products. They also over charge, and they don't have a real phone number or address. It's all fake. They put out tons of ads and constantly have different address, and info changes on the site all the time. Reported to BBB, if you can't get a hold of them contact you credit card company and do a chargeback. They seem like a shady company and won't return your messages. All their reviews are fake. Don't order from TRY RETRO BROS.

Total scam just buy them on Amazon that’s what I ended up doing. Horrible customer service as there is none. Don’t choose expedited shipping as it’s just a way to take more money from you as they don’t actually do it. Worst experience!!! Don’t recommend!!!

Should actually be zero stars! Same experience as most people on this list. Ordered these tiny nintendos, Buy 4 and get 3 free, etc.) Proceeded through checkout. Then get an email confirmation of order saying that a 'remote control' was added to the order for an addl $80 USD. Tried to contact a 'so-called' Jordan at Retrobros numerouse times via email with no response.

Similar experience to other people, took payment twice 😳 no delivery of goods and they have stopped emails, very elaborate but think they are not genuine! I am still waiting and have to wait 15 days to dispute! How horrible to scam people at Xmas time, one day I hope their conscience bites the in the face😳😳😳😳 do not buy or really place any order!! Google should delete this scam

Do not buy from them! They are a scam. Paid and no delivery of product. Now contacting bank and ACCC.

My wife saw an advert on FaceBook for these gameboy looking things. There was an offer of buy 4 get 3 free! So she did that. The order should have came to just over £60 as they were around £15 each.
They then charged us £114! or $139.00
We contacted them to ask to cancel the order straight away and on multiple occasions now but have received no response. We have now contacted the bank to ask them to cancel the transaction.

Whilst processing my order, I received a message - Phone number is not recognized, after I pressed PAY! It did this three times, so processed payment two times!
Total rip off!! Then never heard from Stephanie Grey after apologizing. Scam if you ask me. Luckily I disputed two payments and received money back!

AVOID GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD Info!! SCAN ALERT. Stephanie Grey in customer service purposely makes errors so they can steal money. They literally took money from my account and sent nothing. When I complained, they mixed my email with another complaint and responded to that (like the name was even changed and they got everything wrong) It’s so disheartening to have a company take your money like this and make it such a headache to get a refund. AVOID AVOID

Bought a 400 in 1 games console from here not realising that it would be a generic Chinese product, shipped from China.

These are widely available elsewhere and tryretrobros.com is a slick website that implies that the products they sell are made in the USA and claims that they ship from there!

Don't bother ordering from this company, search 400 in 1 games console and get it cheaper. It is of low quality - nothing like the GameBoy it is a copy of.
