I must say in the beginning I was a bit worried, I didn't recieve any mail of confirmation, shipment, tracking number. It seems to be due to issues of their server with hotmail adresses. Nevertheless each time I called I got some one immediately on the phone, in clear english, giving me the information I wanted and helping me out with re-sending the mail.
The product arrived swift and correctly as promised. And at his prices with this service I would recommend this supplier any time any where!

Service nearly non-existent. I place my ordet and pay the money but forgot the last fem Euros for mailing-expensive. The shop ask me to pay the rest which I for immediately. The day aften they inform me they sold the last torch and expect new delieverance in perhaps 1 month!!!!!
After one month a write and phone to the company 4-5 times over a periode of a few weeks. No answer.
After 4 mails they choose finaly to answer without any excuse for the delay or the fact the sold the last torch after I put my order. 2 months of delay.
I had hoped that the sale would go smooth because I had several products in sight. Now I simply don't dear putting new orders
