I went to withdraw

I went to withdraw a small amount of money from my TSFXOGC-GC account and the site said I had to take out ALL of it or nothing or my account would be frozen . Then I go to withdraw ALL of my balance as instructed by them . Then they tell me that I have to pay a 10% reimbursable fee to be verified. And they tell me that after the transaction has gone through the 10% fee will be accredited to my account. But the funds cannot be paid through their site’s account. It has to be new money. I asked if I could cancel my withdrawal and they said “ because you withdrew ALL of your account balance - they said by platform rules the withdrawal can’t be canceled.
