This is the first time using Tubber. The price was competitive and service great. They answered any queries quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend the company

I booked with Tubber last year so started again for the coming season, however I’m sure I pushed their patience to the limit this time as I couldn’t decide where to go, I have mailed and called sooo many times before deciding, every time I had contact they were very understanding and once again guided me through it all once again.

Quickly identified suitable yacht one telephone exchange and done …..would others be as efficient !

It was very reassuring to deal with a rep who had personal experience of some of the boats or owners. She was also easily contactable and returned any queries in quick time. The small charge for their service is not a percentage of what you are going to pay it is fixed at £35 therefore instead of trying to get you to go for the newest and most expensive option you are given a range based on what you want rather than what they want you to have.

I expected some minor faults when chartering an older yacht, but Charoula was chartered to us with major faults, not fit for charter. The engine did not reliably engage the propeller (sometimes immediately, sometimes over ten minutes before it would engage); the windlass operated Up but not Down, so we had no control when dropping the anchor and this resulted in us getting the anchor chain tangled. There were also unpleasant problems, such as the foot-operated tap for the sink discharging foul water into the sink, and the heads not flushing reliably till I fixed them. We had delayed starts on several mornings of our week on board, either in chandlers or awaiting engineers or technicians, which affected our itinerary. We have requested compensation from Tubber and only been offered E100 off if we charter with them again - which we would NEVER do. I can recommend other charter companies, but NOT Tubber, the worst experience I've ever had.

Our Trip in Kroatia was a Great experience! We sailed with digital help from Laura en saw very nice places. No stress Findling routes and reservations, she all did it!
So sailing with three children ( 8,8,11) was an calm en unforgatable experience. She Matched our wishes perfectely to the routes. Thank you Laura for the Great time !

Our first Croatia Catamaran sailing experience was fantastic . Simon’s help
with the digital flotilla provided a very useful guide to locations , moorings , marinas and restaurants with help booking all of these .His assistance finding a secure Marina space during an overnight thunderstorm was very welcome . We will use Tubbers Digital Flotilla for future bookings .

AS WELL AS BEING THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY COMPARED TO OTHER SITES, FOR THE SAME BOAT, TUBBER ARE VERY EFFICIENT FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN I CALL THE OFFICE FOR ANY HELP.
THEIR WEB SITE IS USER FRIENDLY WITH ENOUGH FILTERS TO NARROW A SEARCH DOWN TO THE TYPE OF SAILING BOAT YOU NEED WITH LEAST HASSLE.
GREAT COMPANY ALL ROUND.

All the guys at Tubber.com made our entire experience seamless- from then very 1st call from the UK where they provided us with technical and practical help in choosing our location and suitable boat , when we changed our location they dealt with the whole matter without issue or complication. They kept in touch with us at all stages of the proceedings ...... I will use the guys next year and can only hope that their business hasn't exploded - so that the level of service is maintained. Thank you Simon and Anne especially for helping make our holiday a good one.
