I used to make my own raw and cooked food for our very fussy dog. We started tucker tub due to time constraints , both the dog and us could not be happier, she gobbles the food up straight away, it seems very healthy and she seems to be healthy, she doesn't seem to scratch as much as she used to either.
Joe, our tucker tub deliverer is very helpful and his customer service is fantastic, he suggested we leave a cold bag out with a cold brick or 2 in it, he puts the food into the bag for us, it's a great system.
We find it quite economical as compared to making our own meals up. I think Tucker Tubs are probably better than the ones I made and our dog definitely has more variety in her meals now.
You do need to keep up with the defrosting, a couple of times we haven't taken the next tub out early enough and had to feed her an alternative but it's only been a couple of months so we will get the hang of it.
I looked at quite a few of these services and am very glad we settled on Tucker tub.

I feel everyone should know how rude and unprofessional this company is. The website is never up to date to purchase items. My first Raw order, which should be frozen upon arrival was partly thawed due to being in a truck all day and not packed with cold packs. I tried to track, but had to call company. An old, rude man said he would get back to me and never did. The food is watery, and packed in flimsy cardboard cartons. So once you thaw out a kilo of food you have to keep serving before it spoils. I started tracking this truck at 9 am and received my dog food at 5:20pm. This is a terrible delivery service whomever they use. This so called owner, Austin, that I spoke to after boxing day to help with my first order, acted like I he was doing me a favor taking my call and putting him out. One of the items I wanted to order when I clicked on it, would not let me select it. The owner said he would fix the website, but that took three days. Then after I ordered, I went back into my account to see order history and it would not work. As of two days ago, it sill was not working. I had them delete my account. I will NEVER order or recommend this totally unprofessional company again or to anyone! There is a Tucker Tub Ballarat review on goggle and another women gave it 1 star also.
