Tuff Phones - be careful

I needed a tough mobile phone and bought a Tuff Phones T10 from the Chichester based company in May 2018. It worked fine for 20 months then problems started that resulted in my being given a new replacement T1 phone in February but with no warranty that made me a little uncertain. This phone is now no longer capable of being charged after just 7 months. I decided to decline Tuff's offer of a repair at £72 as previous efforts at repairing my old T10 had been so unsuccessful. While the staff at Tuff have always tried to be helpful, I have lost faith in its products.
