The booking was straight-forward, we booked a family holiday with flight and hotel. I like that the details of the flight is shown, and it is possible to choose alternative flight time. That is really useful when travelling with small children.

Good experience
TUI has a decent search, good purchase experience and quick support. Reaching their German accounting team was more challenging in the past, but overall the experience is good, and Flex tarrif is a great option for late cancellations.

The best time of my life 🐫
What can I say, I expected to have the same lazy day just sitting by the pool, but instead I got a new amazing, exciting adventure that I will never ever forget. Where do I start.
The staff: every single person, from the lobby staff, to the waiters, the cooks, lifeguards and the cleaners, every single person there made me happy to wake up and see them. I was welcomed with open arms, was treated with so much respect and kindness and above all else, not like guest, but family. I wish there were more people like them.
the activites: from funny mini games, to letting loose and dancing without care every single night was refreshing. Having a show to look forward to every evening motivated me to stay just a bit longer and experience the wonders they had to offer. And the massive buffet with more food to choose from than I can even name.
the animators: last but definitely not least, the people that made my trip so unique. These people were always the first ones up and the last ones to go to sleep, some of the most amazing, friendly, kind and generous people I've met in the past decade. From singing and dancing all day long, doing water exercises, hosting fun mini games, playing darts, volleyball and other fun activities, this team really brightened my mood every waking hour. I cannot thank this team enough for standing out and showing their kindness and really treating me like I was one of their own. So for that I will always be grateful you have met every single person at this resort.
I wish I could thank everybody personally, but this review is already too long.
I've not only made some wonderful memories, but also some wonderful friends.
