Flew to America with Tui. Flights very expensive but the service was excellent.

Great service from TUI without the obsession regarding exact bag sizes and weights like Easyjet and Ryanair, etc - who seem hellbent on trying to catch you out in order to shaft you for more money.

I find it absurd that three people have to pay over £60 each way between them in order to be able to sit together, when one of them is a child. This should just be included - I can understand if someone is late booking, that they forfeit the ability to sit next to one another, but it should be the same as booking the theatre - you pay for your ticket and select your seat. it should be the same for a modest case, I don't understand why these costs aren't just factored in, instead of fleecing families on top of the advertised fare.

My main reason for booking this flight was because of the convenient flight times. I have used TUI now for a number of flights. I needed Assistance on my flights and found that quite a challenging process on both journeys.

Holiday was fantastic. BUT on return to Manchester airport my suitcase was missing. It turned up at Bornmouth who have on 7th September supposedly put it on a courier for delivery to my address. It's now 16th September and NO SUITCASE. Trying to talk to and human who can give me an update seems impossible

Great to have been able to fly from Newcastle to Verona for a wedding. Both ways flights were on time. Booking the special assistance was easy over the phone and works really well both ways.

Lovely clean and bright plane. Pleasant flight attendants. Toilets clean and well equipped. Only disappointment was no vegan sandwich option. Will definitely fly with TUI again.
