Suspect auto rejecting compensation claims
I can't help suspecting that Tuifly auto rejects claims.
Our claim was clear and no doubt really existed regarding the foundation of it.
As if that wasn't enough their service during the delay was just.... well you can't really call it bad because it wasn't there at all!!
No food, drink, phone, information, room or anything was offered or communicated.
I would recommend that you stay WAY clear of this airline!
