Bought 2 cabins from Tuin
Bought 2 cabins from Tuin. First in 2016 58mm Bolton and second 2 years later 45mm Truus.
After 9 years the Bolton cabin is rotten although it has been treated every year and now Tuin are refusing to help despite their 10year guarantee!
Although initially helpful when they are taking your money seems further down the line when their product fails they are not interested.
Have recommended to others in the past who have also bought Tuin cabins but never again!

The product is excellent
The product is excellent, the quality is brilliant and the construction relatively simple, the only drawback is the quality of the plans they are very basic. You need to make sure you have every piece grouped together and slowly work your way through the build. It took two of us a weekend to complete the build. I would recommend the rubber roof rather than felt. All in all a great product let down by the basic plans

No Instructions included.
To be fair I don’t have a problem with the overall service. What was disappointing was that not even basic information about how to construct the six sided pergola was included. All that was said was not for a person with basic diy skills. My very experienced builder found it challenging with no measurements to work to, We got there in the end, it should have been a lot easier than it was.

Barrel Office - Excellent quality product, very good contact from the company throughout and after delivery, self built but not recommended unless you have a fairly extensive range of tools and knowledge. Installation instructions could use an online video or similar written content, currently just limited photos.

Phillip Summer House
The ordering process was very clear and concise. Minor queries regarding matters relating to the delivery and the felt shingles were answered precisely and immediately when telephoning the office.
I was able to speak directly with the company delivering the cabin and clarified the mode of operation. The day of delivery went more than smoothly with the cabin being delivered on one large pallet to the precise location I requested.
The erection instructions were perfectly clear, the two person operation went very smoothly. The kit was complete without any components missing and more than adequate fixings being provided which basically comprised nails and a few screws.
I am delighted with the end result although whilst the construction is a quick procedure the finishing of the untreated timber is very time consuming having applied two coats of Sadolins preservative followed by a further two coats of their coloured superdec inside and out.
It will prove I am sure that this treatment will ensure the basis of the cabin’s longevity in the years to come.
My wife and I are delighted with our purchase.
