I was informed that the delivery would come about a week after I placed the order - later than I hoped, as it says on the website that it will be faster, but ok. Then it turned out that only half of what I ordered actually arrived, and the rest I had to wait even longer - another whole week. I had to call them to find out what was going on, they didn't contact me. Very poor.
I ordered 3 bottles of Roundup and paied. I got only 2 bottles. I wrote email do the Klantenservice, no answer. I called - they promissed to send the missing one. After 2 weeks I called again - they promissed again to send the missing one. This was 2 weeks ago. And still I didn t get it.
