Website easy to order from, delivery was fast, later I realized that my parasol had a tiny hole, reached out and was promptly helped, proposing different options and when I choose a cover it was shipped the day after so definitely happy and recommending them!

Legitimately the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My €3,000 outdoor sofa was delivered damaged. I spent nearly a month trying to get it repaired (they initially offered me €150 as compensation). Finally, they scheduled a pickup. The driver never arrived. They scheduled another pickup. I never received a confirmation email. When I called, they told me I wasn't on the schedule. Only after threatening legal action did a driver arrive to pick up the sofa.
The sofa was gone 9 days. It was supposed to be delivered May 26. I called on May 25 to make sure. What a surprise: the sofa was not at their delivery center. Only after (again) threatening legal action did they send me an entirely new piece for the sofa, which was delivered nearly a month after I started the return/repair process.
I will never spend a cent at Tuinmeubelland again.
