Edited: After seeing my review (full original below) TuneFab did contact me for more information, which I provided. In response, they acknowledged the problem with using the free trial and said they were working to improve the contact form. They also granted a full refund AND cancelled the service. I give them credit for all of those actions but find it sad that they only responded to a poor review.

I wanted to try this produce to convert some old iTunes files. Their website claims that the Apple Music Converter will do that and that you can have a free trial. I could not get the product to work but you cannot submit a question to their technical support without purchasing the app. After a week of going back and forth, they finally admitted that it wouldn't convert iTunes files. When I asked for a refund, they said I hadn't "sufficiently proven" they were at fault, despite my submitting a screenshot of their webpage showing iTunes conversion capability. On that basis, they refused to issue a refund. Now I am in the process of trying to cancel but I see from other reviews here that may be equally difficult. It may work for some things but seems more like a scam than anything else.

Just wait and see. No matter what type of subscription you purchased, whether you downloaded 1 or 100 tracks with TuneFab, Spotify will block your account. This effectively makes purchasing the software pointless. Sure, they'll unlock your Spotify account after the first request, but if you try downloading with TuneFab again, your Spotify account will be permanently closed. So what's TuneFab for? TuneFab customer service will always give you evasive answers.
TuneFab can't guarantee in any way that your software won't cause problems with your Spotify account. So, once again, I ask myself: what's the point of having software to download from Spotify if Spotify blocks your account?

The app works great, I've purchased the 1 month subscription and downloaded the songs I wanted. But a few weeks after my Spotify Premium account got suspended for "creation of unauthorized copies that can be listened to outside of the Spotify app." Luckily, as it was the first time that I used the app, they've returned me access to my account.

Also, when I made my subscription, I purchased 1 month only and immediately cancelled subscription (I always do that so I don't forget to cancel later on), but for some reason, the cancellation wasn't effective and I was charged for another month. But I reached support and they answered pretty quick and made me a refund. So, I the customer service was quite good for me!

Product was great until they discontinued the android app after I had paid for a lifetime subscription.
Desktop app is great and android app was great until it was discontinued.

I recently got rid of my iPhone in favor of a flip phone to avoid being distracted by social media. One think I can't live without though is my music, so I got an old iPod to listen to all my playlists. All of my music is in Apple Music via a subscription, so I thought since iPod is an Apple product as well, the songs could be imported to the iPod, but unfortunately they are protected by Apple and cannot be listened to outside of the official Apple Music app. I've tried other music converters in the past, but the resulting audio quality was very bad, and I had a hard time updating my playlists on my iPod when I wanted to add new music. Thankfully, I found Tunefab. This application is very easy to use and allows you to convert songs into a lossless ALAC audio file format, with the Apple Music protections removed, so it can be uploaded to any device. I used this to convert my large music library from Apple Music, and upload it to my iPod, where I can now listen to all my favorite songs at the best lossless quality, and I can easily add new songs to my playlist whenever I want!

Loved it, paid for a lifetime plan, until using it suspended my Spotify Premium account for "creation of unauthorized copies that can be listened to outside of the Spotify app." Twice I got it back, this time seems like it won't. It's been days and I still haven't regained access to my account. This is unacceptable, especially since Spotify is my work tool.
Really a shame, it was a life-saver.

Edit: I have been contacted by Tunefab and they have been both as helpful and as understanding as then can be. Unfortunately it seems I have in fine permanently lost my Spotify account. Not the end of the world of course, but still quite impacting. I guess I'll attempt the steps they advised me to try out in the future and hope for the best.

I am using Deezer downloader now for 2 years and it works as a charm. Sometimes a track in a list of 200 doesn't download but after restart it downloads OK.
I use Spotify and Apple Music downloader since a shorter period also and these two working also as a charm. I Highly recommend the all-in-one downloadsuite.

1 star is way too much - avoid like the plague ! - software doesnt work , they are oblivious to your email requests (took them a day to reply) the repsonce was everything i had already tried REPEATDLY & still NO JOY getting the softaware to work = scam ! wasted 4 hours messing about and lost 31£ / Total Scam !!

Having now seen the co. reply. It must raise alarm bells that the two options I’ve been given from them. Neither work !! Not something I’ve ever experienced before ‘ever’ when using 3rd party software. For it to not work X 2 from the download. This company does not provide workable software from the outset. This company does not provide refund ! , my bank as been notified in case they try to take further payments. Without My Permission & after specifically cancelling the monthly fee - which I have yet to receive any confirmation. Use this company at your own risk.

I have been using this App for years. Easy to use and fast.

1. The process to activate the software is very poorly documented and the UI presented when you download the app is very unclear. Nowhere does it state what’s needed — click on the person icon in the upper right to bring up the login screen, then enter your email and the license key you received by email when you purchased the license.
2. Once activated you paste the URL for the music you stream into a box. (Again this is poorly explained).
3. The software finds and lists the music in your playlist, fine. But it then prompts you to purchase an add-on subscription to support conversion of multiple songs. If, like me, you’ve wasted several hours figuring out what could have taken minutes, you go ahead and pay the extra money. This cost is not advertised up front.
3. If, along the way you give up and ask for the promised “money back guarantee” it will likely be refused.
4. Email-only support has long delays (my last response to a request for clarification took more than a week) and, for me, was not helpful.
5. Once you’ve completed the above, the software converts from streaming to mp3 and downloads pretty well.

I get blocked already 2 times by Spotify using TuneFab. No other choice to stop my subscription. Otherwise the product works perfectly and very easy to use.

I bought the lifetime license a few years ago. I’ve contacted support twice and both times they’ve responded within one day and resolved the issue for me. I’m not tech savvy so I super appreciate them getting me help I need in a quick and easy way. Love this product!

I've been using this software for several years now and have always been very satisfied. It does exactly what it's supposed to – reliably and without issues. After a recent reinstallation, I ran into a small problem, but the customer support responded extremely quickly and was very helpful. Everything is now running smoothly again. Fast and competent support like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommended!
