I placed an order for a ring, got it, it was great but too big. I returned it and requested a smaller size. Thats been 4 months ago. Ive sent multiple emails and talked to the guy a couple times and still have not received a replacement ring. Of course they got the money but I have no product. Pretty sad.

Horrible. My wife ordered a wedding from them after I found them. Looked nice online and they were cheap which is what I preferred since I’m not a jewelry wearer otherwise. My wife ordered a size 10. They sent a 9. At first they were pretty apologetic, but then they started lying about when they were sending it out. Then they started saying it was because of a storm that delayed them even through they had told us a week prior to the storm that it was being mailed out. All in all they told us three different times that they were sending it. After the third time it took about a week to actually send it out and send my wife a tracking number. They had told us when they sent the replacement. They would also send packaging for us to send the original one back. There was no packaging to send the original back and they sent a 9 1/2. They didn’t believe us so I took both rings into a real jeweler where they checked the sizes and I took photos of them. 9 and 9 1/2. They remained pretty hostile and even threatened to file a claim against my wife since we had two rings for the price of one, as they put it. We told them we didn’t want them and they could have both of them back, but they refused to send packaging for it. My wife finally sent it back with a tracking number and was able to confirm that they received the package and they have been silent for weeks ever since. They are thieves and con men. I have no doubt they will respond to this review and it won’t be to make contact with a remedy. We are forced to file a claim with the bank. This is the sort of business that likely goes under only to pop up under a Duffy name and these thieves continue with their lowlife ways. Avoid at all cost!

Disgraceful service and products. My supposedly tough tungsten ring broke in half when it fell on the floor. I then ordered a replacement ring (which was meant to be free but I ended up paying for) and it never got delivered. After a while they just stopped replying to my emails as well. Still trying to get my money back.

I previously purchased a few items from this company in 2017 and 2019. Both orders arrived late, but they were eventually delivered. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a ring in early November and repeatedly asked for a shipping update or tracking number. I never received a clear response, and now, more than 35 days later, nothing has arrived.
From my interactions, it seems the business may be run by a single person named Ryan, and communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. Based on this latest experience, I no longer feel confident purchasing from this company and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

No customer service.
Have sent several emails with no reply.
Have not received the ring I paid for.
This company is a scam.
They take your money and DO NOT DELIVER.

I have now sent you 5 emails, left 3 phone messages since September and not one response! No ring & no replies.
As I read your reviews I wonder how you are still operating as a business? I advise everyone NEVER deal with this possibly non-existent company!

Placed an order to Tungsten Fashions on 7/28/2025. Have multiple emails stating that the ring had been shipped. To this day 09-22-2025 I still have not received my order. Now they have stopped responding to my emails. This company is a SCAM. They will take your money and you will never receive your order. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering because this would of saved me all the hassles of trying to either get my order or my money refunded. DO NOT ORDER from Tungsten Fashions!!!!

I ordered a ring for a family member as a gift. It arrived timely. However, the ring was unfortunately too small. So we filled out the form to exchange it for a larger size and sent the ring back. I received an email that they had received it and issued another order for the larger size. A couple months went by with no other emails and no ring. Other family members tried calling them but got no resolution. I emailed them and was asked for the order details so I sent them again. No response. I had to email a few times before finally someone responded saying that the ring would be sent "Thursday". I asked for confirmation of which Thursday they meant. No response. I continued to email every few days with still no responses. I finally sent an email saying that if I didn't get an answer and resolution I would be requiring a refund and called out their poor customer service. I then got two rude emails back. One that stated they had always responded to my emails (which I took screenshots of the email threads to show that wasn't true), and the other stated that they were still waiting on the ring to be made (it had been 4-5 months at this point) and was very dismissive of my concern. He even stated that they had told me "over and over again" that they were waiting on the ring to be made, and that they'd refund my "40 bucks" (I paid $45) if I wanted as I wouldn't find that good of a deal anywhere else. I responded stating that they had not told me "over and over again" but that this was the first time I'd heard this story, and that a few weeks prior I had been told it would be sent on Thursday (insinuating within about a week). I also asked how long does it take to make the ring? No response. I emailed a couple more times but never got a response. I then requested a refund. No response. I continued to request the refund every week for 4 weeks with no response ever again. So as soon as a refund was requested, they went quiet. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. While the first two responses I got were fine. The second two responses were rude. Never got the replacement ring. Never got a refund. 7 months of trying to get some type of resolution to the issue. At least a dozen emails. Very poor customer service. If you get what you want at the first go around, then you're lucky. If you don't and need to exchange or get a refund, it's HIGHLY unlikely you'll get it. They will make excuses or go quiet, and never give you a refund.

Tungsten fashion has been a great company to deal with easy to get a hold of have answered my questions with no issues. Their return process is so simple. They also have larger size rings (size 20) for the same price as any other size. It is great to work with a company from New England. I highly recommend them

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I ordered a ring on May 10th. I was given the run around over and over. Countless emails and barely any responses. They ended up "delivering it" to an address that was NOT mine. My address is on my order. I have contacted over and over. They won't respond. I would NOT recommend this company for ANYTHING. Its now almost the end of July. No responses, no ring.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Engraving was awesome. It was engraved and shipped on the same day. Arrived to us in Miami in 4 days with free shipping. Easy to recommend to any friends! Thank you for a great shopping experience and for the price! No brainer!

I wish I could zero stars. When you take someone’s money and you don’t get the product, it’s called theft! countless lying emails with promises. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE LOOSERS.

Bought two rings. Both cracked. This has never happened to other Tungsten rings I own. They offered to replace but I was unhappy with the quality. I asked for a refund after providing photographic evidence - which was refused. The guy is a thief

Horrible service I got rings back in February and I still haven’t received them I have gotten so many lies from this company it’s ridiculous I asked for a refund and got freaked out on by customer service . Then they promised to give me a new set for cost of shipping so paid it on top of the 300 I already paid them and now it’s may and I still haven’t gotten them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF AND LIE

Just to follow up it's now 4 days after my wedding and 5 attempts later trying to contact someone from Tungsten Fashion for either the ring i ordered or a refund with no response. No ring an according to the tracking number they gave me the ring still hasn't been shipped they just create a label. It just amazes me that these company honestly think that GOD will bless them or this company to prosper. I'm starting a class action law suit against this company so anyone that has been ripped off by this company please respond under this review

Just a note, as to the integrity of this company.
They state that "they issued a refund." Not true, I had to dispute their charge at Visa to get my money back. Just more deception.

This company is ridiculously unprofessional. They dropped the ball every step of the way in my case. The original order shipped out fine. I ordered 2 rings based on my sizing at a jeweler. The rings didn't fit. I sent them back, they received them January 10. It took 7 or 8 messages to get information on the replacements. They didn't ship out the replacemenrs till over a month later. My wedding was 2/22 and I didn't receive them until 2/18. I received them, without getting shipping information. I had to make 3 phone calles and leaving voice messages to get a response. I was told upon receipt of the original rings, one of the rings I wanted was in stock and would be sent out right away. And the other would be in stock in a few days. That wasn't the case. I sent those replacements back inside of their 30 day window. I received the rings on 2/18. They got them back on 3/14. It is 04/06 Now, they refuse to give me a refund, offered a store credit for rings that don't fit my finger, and won't send me back the rings. I'm stuck at this point paying for rings I no longer have, no store credit, or refund. This whole process has been unprofessional.

Worst “Customer Service” ever!!! Bought 2 Bangle Bracelets and Never received anything!!! Pathetic Company, Crooks and Thieves!!!

I am so happy with Tungsten Fashion! Super knowledgeable & Pleasant to work with. The owner went over and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my ring that I soon bought another one. Both of my experiences went very well. I wood highly recommend their services.

This is the worst company ever. I asked about my order and the person who emailed me was very rude and treated me as if I was an idiot. They also provided me with tracking information which only stated that the label was created days ago and no other activity. I then asked for them to cancel and give me my refund they said I should send back the item. How should I send back an item that has not left your facility as yet. They are scammers and thieves never buy from them
