To start I was very interested in a k10 Scottsdale hardbody I was very hesitant to order because of there website being in French I contacted them via Facebook Messenger and asked if there was an English website they explained they were working on it so after explaining what I was looking for they confirmed that it was in stock and even sent me a video on how to order it I was amazed at how they went out of there way to help. I received my order today and it was exactly as I wanted, so trust me even though you don’t understand the language they will go the extra mile to make you happy I definitely will be ordering from them again

The staff at Turbo Hobby are nothing short of exceptional. My package appeared to be lost after 20 days and rather than try and locate the package and therefore waste more time, they organised to send the order again with express delivery. Ironically the same day they were organising the reorder, the original package arrived. Brilliant and polite staff. Ordered for a second time now as I feel secure in this company.

I was defrauded by an employee of Turbo Hobby and the company assumed immediate and full responsibility. I've been around and search for good prices on reasonable quality rc goods. What I can I say is that Turbo Hobby has great quality products, good technicians with useful and immediate responses. I would recommend Turbo Hobby to anyone wishing to do business in the RC world or in other items that they sell. Great people, better company!
