NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SOUNDS LIKE THE PHONES MANNED BY A CHILD WITH THE EXCUSES THEY GIVE OUT ...BUYERS BEWARE

I’m having difficulty getting a response to emails sent. The person managing the customer service has failed to update or respond entirely. I spend close to £250 for a ride on car that doesn’t work as advertised. Terrible customer service and non existent after care. I will also be reporting these people to the authorities. This level of neglect surely is illegal

I’m having the worst experience with this company. This is a warning to all prospective customers. This business just doesn’t care once you have parted with your money. We have been waiting for a part now from them for 4 months. This is coming from china apparently. There have no update no apologies and they have just stopped responding to emails now. Please be aware because if anything goes wrong with your expensive ride on car you will get no help from this business.

Had a dpf delete genuine amazing quality welds are all very good very cheap and fitment is very good put it on my car with ease, insanely fast delivery I definitely would shop with theses again 100%

Bought some items of Groupon from this company used a word "jumbo" which broke the trade descriptions act. Will avoid and warn for the future.

I really shouldn't give one star, ride on range rover bought as a chritmas present don't work , seller didn't wish to resolve the issue ? Complaint to eBay about this company ebay agree they shouldn't treat customer like this. However I will not let them get away with this small claims court. And bad reviews daily. AVOID.

Good service to deliver side steps for my vehicle, but be aware if you are exporting parts to another country because TURBOREVS do not either remove the VAT on purchase, nor do they refund the VAT once the parts have been exported and you provide them with the certificate of shipment. Been in contact with Javid for many months now, initially he said that his accounts team were looking in to it, but then he just said that he would not give refund and now just ignores emails. Be aware of this!!!!!

I genuinely do not know how this company are still trading, I bought a ride on car for my little boy in April and was sent a faulty car. I notified the seller immediately and they resolved 1 out of 3 issues. The car doesn’t work and has never worked and the company now ignore all my messages. Please please do not waste your money on the utter garbage this company sells because they will ignore you when you voice your concerns. I’ve been advised by PayPal and eBay to escalate my issue to trading standards so I will be doing exactly that. 6 months of my life spent trying to get a refund on an item which has never worked!

Please dont waste your money with these bandits.

Bought a ride on car for my daughters birthday, used it 3 times before the car set on fire.

Tried to contact the company but they refuse to reply.

This has to be the worst company ever, how they're still operating is beyond me.

Save your money and stay safe by not buying from these guys selling faulty goods.

I will be taking this up with trading standards these guys need to be shut down

Very very upset and dissatisfied with this company Turborevs!!! The owner Javid is rude, arrogant and deluded -
My product was originally faulty to which I asked for a refund in the right time frame! JAVID the owner said no I will send you the parts to fix it! I was adamant that I wanted a refund. but because amazon are also crap they did not issue this refund! instead I was send more dodgy parts for my 4 years old sons car.
we started the car and it started smoking!!!!!!
so we arranged for it to be sent to turbo revs! too which they organised with DPD to collect! DPD never turned up on numerous occasions but stated to turbo revs that they had!
eventually we got this collected!
JAVID stated there is nothing wrong with the car! so will send back but I have to pay the costs because they have swallowed the previous costs with the issues with DPD so now it is up to the customer to pay for the problem !!!! ER NO!!!!!

arter speaking to JAVID on the phone is so rude!! and I can't believe that a company of this size has just made me pay a further £24 for a car that possibly doesn't work still!!

I have 3 kids and they all could have each got a car from this company! I feel totally let down, I will never buy from this company they are dodgy they don't care about the customer at all, and further more I bought a car that could of potentially caught on fire if I had not spotted the smoke!!

in conclusion! Turbo revs is not a good company !! they have made me feel like im a lier and frankly they just dont care about their customers !! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CHILDRENS SAFTEY !!!!!

excellent, purchased range rover side steps and they also arranged fitting locally for me, brilliant service.

Very disappointed with service - received side runners for Hyundai ix35 without fitting kit which he said was provided - will not respond to emails now !!!
