First class service, part delivered the next day the deposit for the exchange part was reimbursed as soon a the old part arrived with seller. Cannot fault in any way.

Absolute joke of a company. Sent a faulty injector which I had installed. Sent another whi h also was faulty. The answer was I should have tested it before I fitted it?? Meaning they don't sell refurbished injectors they just send out parts straight from a breaker car. I spoke about refunds of the extra labour that resulted in but their reply was I should have paid for them testing before install ( who would test a known working part? ) 100% negative

also you say your tested after fitting and failing
why not test before fitting to see if they worked

Who tests working parts? Or can afford to pay someone to test working parts

Used turbo vanes more than once and each time has saved my customers ££££ in repairs. Would use again. Highly recommended.

TurboVanes what can i say but such a great company to deal with had the diesel injectors give up on the van found them on ebay at first was a bit worried if there any good to deal with so i checked out there web site and it seemed like a company that knows what there doing read the reviews and with for it. They had the best price form an injector plus it you bought multiple injectors they where cheaper plus the only company to offer an 2 year warranty as well,parts came quick and where like new and correct fitted a dream and came with spec. sheet and new code for ECU. And it was easy to send back your old ones very good communication and quick replys to emails Would Highly recomm.end them for parts and customer service

I used turbovanes for my turbo actuator which failed and I received a replacement the next day. Unfortunately the part developed a fault so I contacted turbovanes who swapped the unit the next day.

I received brilliant service throughout my interaction with them. Highly recommended them!.

Son awaiting refund on returned part after four weeks on product received by them via sign Royal Mail does not answer phone , texts or emails about refund . This is last resort

Spoke to the guy he sent me a link to a actuator I needed. Website said 13 in stock. Purchased it 3 days later nothing so contacted him to which his reply was the post man dropped the actuator and it is now broken he will have to refund me.

Now if this was packaged how did he know the postman broke it? When I said but you suppose to have 13 in stock he just changed the subject to he was trying to source a replacement. Total waste of my time when I desperately needed the part.

Avoid at all cost

Company stole my turbo actuator that I sent to them in exchange for a fixed one told me they didn’t receive it. I paid for Royal Mail signed delivery and they took a picture of the item being delivered there. Terrible customer service I have reported them to the gov.

Quick delivery of a turbo actuator to fix my Chrysler, worked a treat and much cheaper than a new turbo. Deposit returned quickly, highly recommend these guys!

Turbo vanes supplied me with a re-conditioned boot actuator for a Mini R55 diesel. Top service the customer service team were fantastic, new part arrived one day later. Highly recommended, much cheaper than having to fit a new turbo.
