Terrible customer service. I placed an order for an Apple Gift Card, and after payment, they asked me to verify it, but nothing happens when I click the verification button. Support is handled by a bot and can't help me resolve the issue, and they refuse to refund my money. Please don't buy anything from them. My money is lost, and I never received the item.

Very disappointing experience.

More than 60 hours after purchase, I have still received neither the activation code nor a refund. The order (#2386536) status remains stuck in “manual review” with no meaningful progress or estimated completion time.

What made the situation worse is that I opened two separate support tickets and received no response at all from customer support. The complete lack of communication leaves customers without any way to resolve the issue.

The most concerning part of the process was being asked to upload a photo of a virtual bank card for verification purposes. Since a virtual card does not physically exist in the requested form, this requirement effectively creates a dead end where the order cannot proceed and the customer cannot complete the requested verification.

At this point, the experience feels unreasonable and highly questionable from a customer perspective: payment was taken immediately, but fulfillment, support, and refund handling appear absent.

I would strongly recommend potential buyers to avoid turgame.com until order processing times and customer support responsiveness improve significantly.

Great website. I’ve bought from them twice now. Delivery is decently fast, usually within 10 minutes, and I had no issues activating the code. The fees are low, and it’s cheaper compared to other websites.

Poor service. It took them 7 hours to issue a digital item for a PSN top-up, during which time the price of the item I needed increased by $25.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are unprofessional. Tech support is slow and uses general statements, and simply closes tickets when asking awkward questions.

I purchased a PlayStation gift card from them. The processing time was a bit slow, which is why I'm deducting one star. However, the card worked perfectly, and I was able to redeem it without any issues. Overall, it's a reliable place to buy, and I would definitely purchase from them again.

While they do deliver slowly, probably due to them not allowing multiple sellers but it's only a group of people selling these, they deliver the goods without any issues (at least from my last 5 purchases made over in a month). The fees are also less compared to any seller out there. I heavly recommend if you are not scared to wait a hour at max.

Order speed, i received the code 5 hours later, that's not fast delivery like you mention.

Ordered a total of 5 times. Every time it takes from 12 to 72 hours to deliver the key. Once bought a key that didn't work which was confirmed by the playstation support to be redeemed way before i bought it. They refused to refund even though i had proof. Luckily i bought with a creditcard and was able to chargeback. They take your money in no time but the actual key delivery takes days. No response in tickets or whatsapp so if you buy a key with them it's a hit or miss if you're even going to receive it. Also there used to be a ridicoulus practice by them that required you to send them your documents as "verification" but only after you already paid so it felt more like an extortion having to send you government documents just for them to give you your key that you alreaady paid for.

Turgame is a SCAM! They took my money and didn't deliver my gift card. I have been chasing with the support team but I got no response. Then after a couple of weeks, my order is deleted completely and I get an email saying that my gift card order was complete with 0 credit! THIS IS A SCAM! AVOID!!

Fast delivery

Buy from this store. Never received my codes. Nobody answer. Created a ticket and still no replies.

I paid for an Apple iTunes Gift Card 2000 TL, order #2345061, but I have not received the digital code.

The company sent me an email saying that the order was successfully processed and that the code had been delivered in a separate email, but no such email arrived. I checked my inbox, spam, trash, promotions, and all mail folders — there is no code.

I also contacted customer support. They replied that the product was “being supplied” and then closed the ticket, even though the issue was not resolved. Now I cannot reopen the ticket.

At this point, I paid 39.57 EUR for a digital product that I have not received. I am requesting either immediate delivery of the code or a full refund.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service unless they resolve delivery issues properly and stop closing support tickets before the customer actually receives the product.
