The rules of buying products (MSFT 365 licenses) are not explained and you just notice all the conditions after buying it which imposes VPN access and Turkey accounts. Even with that, it doesn't work.
Reaching support is possible but no one is answering back.
Total scam! Avoid it at all cost.

I keep getting a message saying the code is already redeemed. This is my second time experiencing this. This is unacceptable.

I bought a license key which did not work. I submitted a ticket, got some instructions back which didn't make any difference. I asked for a refund, but they just closed the ticket. When I opened another, I got the same answer back as the first time - so, just an automated answer. In other words, customer support is non-existing. I even email their legal dept with no answer. So, now I am pursuing other legal means to get the money back.
Unreliable company, zero customer support, no respect for customer rights.

I bought a microsoft office 365 family key for close to 100$ which never worked despite there where no region limitations described on the product page.

My ticket was answered with "use vpn to turkey" which of course also didnt work. My answer (including screenshots with connected VPN) was never replied upon.

Avoid this webshop at all costs.

Just wanted to get a Xbox code and after I paid they don't give the code before I give them my ID + Selfie + Bank Receipt and live geo location. Give a refund. I will not give a not trusted company all my info.

I bought 5 codes for Xbox and one was invalid. I created a ticket but support just closed it without giving me new valid key with no response. Won’t buy again

I purchased an activation code under Order #2231750 on Turgame.com.
When redeeming the code, I received the error: “This code has already been used.”

This means a used code was sold to me.

Total paid: 5,144.29 TRY
Payment method: Card (IYZI)

Please either refund the full amount or send a new valid code as soon as possible.

If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed with a chargeback and file complaints with consumer protection services.

3 days ago, i made an order (#2232172) for an app store gift card. The payment appeared as "Processing" for 1 day, after which i received an email asking to verify my identity in order to finalize the order. The order status is now "Authentication". They want me to use some 3rd party website to verify my identity and i have to upload a photo of myself and my id. That's supper in violation of privacy and i don't trust my information with these people. I just wanted to get a gift card. I have emailed them, opened a support ticket and also wrote on their whatsapp asking to cancel my order and to issue a refund. After 24 hours there has been zero response on every channel of communication. There are so many red flags, this smells like a scam.

I have bought MS Office 365 Family thinking that I would be able to activate it within EU region. This is false advertisement on their website. Never trust this company!

However, this can only be activated in Turkey. I have requested for my order cancellation and refund, however, they refused to refund and I was advised to use VPN instead.

I have made several follow ups everyday but I have never received any response from their customer support. I have created a ticket on their website but I have only received an answer once advising me to use a VPN instead and the ticket was closed automatically. I have replied to the same ticket but "it fell on deaf ears" as I have not received any response nor heard anything from them until now.

This company is only quick on replying if you have NOT placed your order yet but their after sales is TERRIBLE!!!

Scammers, they took my money, but I didn't receive the goods. Support closed the case without explanation.

Bought Office 365 and I am based in the UK. Only after purchasing did the website say that I had to be based in the UK in order for the activation code to work. I therefore didn’t click on the link that revealed the code because it said ‘if you click on the link the code will be revealed’.

Turgame were not interested and refused a refund.
Disgusting that this is not in the product listing.
