We ordered from Shop order number:3659
but we have received neither a follow up call nor the order
After several weeks we cancelled the order and asked for a refund but they haven’t replied to any of our emails or messages since then.
We are thoroughly disappointed. Shame on you.
I ordered some items which costed me more than 60 pounds and they have sent wrong items and wrong brands. They have substituted the items as they deemed suitable for them. Be very very careful with your online orders, they don't have some items in the shop but on their website it seems they have so when you order an item that they don't have, they will send you the products you did not want:
*I ordered PLAIN turnip juice they sent me HOT
* I ordered BANANA flavored biscuits they sent PLAIN and it was detached from a family pack box on which is written "Not for Individual Sale"
* I ordered DOGADAN brand earl grey tea, they sent CAYKUR brand
* I ordered Baking Powder, they did not even send it. That is missing.
Cheat me once shame on you, cheat me twice shame on me!!!

goods never dispatched despite numerous emails (unreplied) and phone calls (one of three answered) - yet money taken, Never delivered and thank you for the refund via PayPal - much appreciated,
Advice received from PayPal re making the claim despite the retailer asking for the dispute to be closed due to "importation issues beyond his control " which he would resolve within two weeks - which I then discovered following guidance from the PayPal team would have disqualified (due to time parameter) my dispute allowance time frame and me losing my money
He did not respond to Pay Pal on their investigation and I was refunded
From my experience go somewhere else - I have since read similar customer reviews with equally poor experiences re paying for goods that ere never delivered
Avoid and regard the positive comments with caution - this was not my experience

my products have been sent missing. 4 pcs product didn’t send. 😡. I send emails several times they didn’t answer me. I called them so many times i could not reach anyone. Very very bad.

Scammers. Paid for the item and never received delivery. After contacting several times got and email asking for more payment. Stay away.
