Beware of this company
Beware, the goods I received are fake and of very poor quality. The company has suggested that the goods can be returned by dropping off at a FedEx depot. The nearest is 30 miles away and they won’t arrange a home collection.

Not the real product
I ordered my favourite cologne from Turkishsouq as they offered the 2 for 1 deals on it at a good place. I also read enough reviews to suggest it was worth the risk.
So the smell was pretty accurate when I tried it so I was pretty stoked. However, it became evident that the scent mostly disappeared after just 10-20 minutes, whereas the original lasted hours.
So, you're better off paying the full amount than ordering from this website as the quality is just not worth it in the end. Not unhappy I took the risk but most definitely will never order again from them. The cologne I ordered is the title below for reference. Don't waste your money here.

Feel cheated
Offer was for buying first perfume at full price and second perfume for free. Chose Fahrenheit 32 as first perfume and Dior Pour Homme as second one. Received only the first one, not the second and your after sales service keeps on justifying it. Not at all satisfied.

TURKISHOUQ.COM SELLS FAKES, NOT THE REAL DEAL
I've placed four separate orders with TurkishSouq.com, and every single time, I got fake products. They advertise real stuff, but they send you cheap knock-offs.
Here's a breakdown of what happened:
HERMES AMBRE NARGUILE: The box looked right, but the bottle inside was a completely different Hermes perfume ("Rose Ikebana") with a wrong, fake smell. They deliberately swapped it out!
PARFUMS DE MARLY DARCY: This was clearly fake. The box didn't have the stripes it should, the bottle felt cheap, flimsy, and had rough edges. The tassel was badly made and falling apart, and even the writing on the label looked off.
GUERLAIN ROSE CHERIE: The packaging was terrible. Thin, flimsy cardboard, no velvet inside like it should have, and all the parts inside were crudely put together. The size was wrong too.
XERJOFF ELLE ANNIVERSARY: This bottle was supposed to have a special NFC tag to prove it's real, but it didn't work when I checked. Plus, the box should have been embossed leather, but it was just cheap cardboard trying to look like the real thing.
THEIR "REFUND" PROCESS IS A SCAM
When I showed them all the proof that their products were fake, TurkishSouq.com refused to give me a straightforward refund. Instead, they hit me with a ridiculous process that traps you:
YOU PAY TO SHIP IT BACK: They don't give you a free return label. I had to pay for expensive international shipping all the way back to Turkey.
YOU HAVE TO SEND THE FAKE PRODUCT BACK: So, not only are you out the money for the item, but you have to send the physical product back to them.
THEY "CHECK" IF IT'S REAL: Their own team, the ones selling the fakes, are the only ones who decide if the product is actually fake.
THEY MIGHT GIVE YOU A REFUND: Your refund depends entirely on their decision.
Think about it: You're paying for a product, then paying again to send back what you believe is a fake. You give up both your money (which they still have) and the product itself. And the company accused of selling fakes gets to be the sole judge of whether it's fake. That's a huge conflict of interest! It basically lets them keep your money, get their fake product back, and avoid any responsibility. It's a total scam.
THIS ISN'T JUST ME – IT'S A HUGE PROBLEM
If you think this is just a one-off complaint, you're wrong. This is a widespread issue. There are hundreds of stories just like mine, go on reddit you'll find the link to a spreadsheet with all the reviews from customers who went through the same thing I did.
DON'T FALL FOR IT!
Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay away from TurkishSouq.com. Before you buy anything from them, do your homework. Look up "TurkishSouq reviews" or "Is Turkish Souq Legit" online. You'll find tons of negative feedback on Trustpilot, Quora, and Reddit, all saying the same thing: they sell fakes.
I wish I had checked these reviews before I ordered. I've had to dispute the charges with my bank, hoping to get my money back. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Never received my order (ORDER 41501)
I placed the order early enough as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife (May 11). It was supposed to arrive three days before, according to tracking – but due to incorrect customs information, the shipment got stuck.
The original invoice clearly showed a much lower value, but TurkishSouq submitted almost double the amount to FedEx. I contacted FedEx multiple times – they said they would handle it, but nothing ever happened.
I reached out to TurkishSouq again, and they claimed FedEx didn’t have the correct address and that I would get a refund (email dated June 14) – but until today, no refund has been issued.
Be warned – this is a scam website!
Other reviews also mention that the products are likely fake!
Stay away – do NOT order from them. Your money is gone!

1000% fake perfumes
1000% fake perfumes. When I wanted to return they wouldn’t let me return neither they would refund me. Their perfumes are undoubtedly fake. Do not buy from them.
As per their reply: there was nooooo proof or documentation of the perfumes. I bought Ombre Nomad by Louis Vuitton and they told me the perfumes you sent us are clearly fake. It has no smell. The packaging is fake and on top of that you don’t take return nor you do refund. Unless you give me a full refund I will leave reviews to your website. All the fake good reviews you can keep it to yourself. Don’t play with peoples money.
