Avoid them they are scammers, i bought a perfume delivery date passed,so clicked on track my order my package was in fedex istanbul contacted them through the link, they say things they gonna follow up with fedex and let me know days past no news i asked again different person different excuse but no real info days past no news nothing then suddenly i have a notice from shop app your order has a new delivery date started to think it is gonna arrive soon, another delivery date passed but no package,delayed delivery date from shop app, and suddenly after 26 days received another notice from shop app it says your order is cancelled and money is refunded which was not in my bank account. Then i had to write an email asking where my money my refund was again no official email answer but money is in my account as of today. So i wish i checked the reviews before placing the order i hope some people read this and not order because it's a terrible company everthing seems fine until you place the order but after that is a shady story.

Believe TrustPilot reviews and don't waste your time and energy on these scammers.
Further to my comments below on TrustPilot, Turkishsouq replied here with their standard wording of pseudo apology and that I should email them. It's ridiculous, as I had already emailed them prior to posting on TrustPilot, and emailed again on the same day as their reply on TrustPilot, but as of 14 Nov, I still got no reply.
They keep on advertising for me to buy from them.

* On 3 Nov: I placed an order, and paid by credit card. I got a confirmation, and also a strange email:
"Your order has reached us and needs to be approved.
It will be sufficient to respond to this email within 48 hours by saying "Yes, I approve" to info @turkishsouq.com
If you approve your order, it will be prepared for shipment by moving to the preparation stage".
* 4 Nov: I replied to approve, as requested.
* 5 Nov: I got an email that my order was cancelled.
I emailed in reply and also contacted them via their website contact form, to ask why my order was cancelled, and heard nothing.
The product is still being advertised on their website.
