Perfect!!!

Takes way to long and to much extra costs
I did not know it would be so expensive and take so long from product to reach Belgium.
It would be nice if the website mentions the extra costs or accurate time of delivery.also track and trace not very accurate.Have ordered a whole ago(if not i would not receive rating experience by trustpilot) but still did not receive my products.My products(1x 7 inch vinyl,platter belt and 7 inch slipmats) of 190 gr did cost me almost half of purchase price at border.Do not think will order again.

Hi Tyron, sorry to hear about the delay with your package.
Typically, this isn't the case, but sometimes delays can happen, which are out of our control. We are not in control of tracking updates either, these are run by the courier service you selected, which in this case was standard economy postage from the UK to Belgium.
As for customs charges, that is something we also don't have control over. This is coordinated by your Countries customs and tariff system. Customs charges have always been the case since Brexit.
On checkout, there is a mandatory field that has to be selected stating that you accept these charges, if applicable. Please read here https://www.turntabletrainingwax.com/terms-conditions
We recommend trying to source similar products from within the EU, then you will not experience any of these costs.

I still haven't received my…
I still haven't received my merchandise! I called DHL and they said that the package have not left the UK and that the shipper needs to call "DHL Dangerous Goods" to see why the package had been held up and hasn't been shipped out yet. Please fix this situation!

I was charged VAT twice
I was charged VAT twice. The Euro price was the same as the GBP price (which already includes VAT), and I was then charged VAT again when the items arrived in Ireland. This is not acceptable.
Two stars for great records which were packaged very well. Double vat not so good.

The issue remains unresolved.
If the displayed euro price was the same as the UK price which already includes UK VAT, then VAT was included in the sale price regardless of how it is labelled on your invoice.
As an Irish customer, I was then required to pay Irish VAT again on import, resulting in VAT being paid twice on the same goods. Moving an “assumed VAT amount” into corporation tax does not change the fact that VAT was charged at the point of sale and again at import.
Other UK retailers avoid this by:
Removing UK VAT at checkout for EU customers, or
Using IOSS so VAT is charged once, correctly
The records were great and well packaged, but the pricing and VAT handling for EU customers is misleading, which is why I stand by my review.

As per the link with our terms & conditions, it states that we are not IOSS registered. UK customers are different. Many thanks for taking time out to write a review. As previously explained by email, you were not charged twice for VAT. For all overseas orders, we have a Rest of World (RoW) pricing bracket, as explained in our Terms & Conditions which you 'accepted' on checkout. This information can be found at Point 3 under 'Conditions of Business'. https://www.turntabletrainingwax.com/terms-conditions
The invoice produced and sent to you states this, with a final cost and no reference to VAT. Yes, some companies are IOSS registered and absorb VAT, however, we simply don't show VAT for RoW orders. We move the 'assumed' VAT amount over to our Corporation Tax payments, which we still have to pay.
If these products are purchased from a EU company, the 'total' price would still be the same. Never the less, importing in from the UK you will still have to pay customs duty.
