High quality, flawed design
I ordered the "Exclusive Leather Card Holder" from Tuscany Leather, which I have been using for a couple of days now.
It arrived quickly in the Netherlands and was well packaged.
The description mentions 8 card pockets, which are indeed there. However, when using all 8, the card holder is unable to close properly.
Even when using 6 cards, the card holder still remains slightly open. In my pocket it gets folded, but that does slightly bend the cards.
The leather quality is good and it looks nice.
While the design is slightly flawed, the product is still attractive and feels high quality. Overall, I am happy with my purchase from Tuscany Lather.

Regarding the fact that the card holder does not fully close when using all slots, please note that this is normal when the item is new. The leather is still quite firm at the beginning, but with regular use, the leather will naturally soften and become more flexible, allowing it to adapt better to the contents.

It’s really a matter of luck whether…
It’s really a matter of luck whether you receive a good product or not. I’ve ordered from this company in the past and received decent products, but one of the bags was clearly poor quality. With only moderate use over a few months, it started to wear out.
The company’s response was far from professional ,they asked me to pay international shipping costs just to try to repair the issue.
I would not recommend buying from them. If a problem like this arises, you will not be valued as a customer, and the warranty will not truly cover you.

We are sorry to read your comment and would like to kindly clarify a few points for transparency.
The wear on the corners is consistent with the most exposed parts of a bag, which naturally undergo friction during everyday use. Depending on how the bag is carried or placed, these areas can incur damage.
As you also mentioned, you have purchased several of our bags over the years and, as you confirmed, they do not show signs of excessive wear. The hammered leather we use has remained unchanged over time and is consistent across all collections. The fact that this issue appears only on this specific bag makes it unlikely to be related to the material itself, and more consistent with an isolated accidental event, such as impact or friction against a rough surface.
For these reasons, the issue is considered related to usage rather than a manufacturing defect and therefore falls outside warranty coverage.
That said, we truly value you as a customer and, as already offered privately, we would still be very happy to support you with a color restoration to improve the appearance of the bag, upon return of the item to our workshop. We remain available to arrange this and assist you with the shipping process if needed.

Leather is a natural material, and depending on the batch and finishing, it may have different textures or scents at first, which typically soften with use and develop a beautiful patina over time.
Regarding the packaging, we are truly sorry that the box arrived damaged. This is not the standard we aim for, and it likely occurred during transport, as we take great care in preparing and packing every order.
