My experience with the quality of their product is absolutely impeccable. I have purchased many previous purses and will continue to return to purchase more. I will not buy another brand because of this quality. I don’t like brand names. I like good quality this is excellence at its finest I have never ever been disappointed. Superb customer service
I received a Tuscany leather bag as a gift for Christmas. There was an issue with this bag. I emailed the company, their customer service is simply superb. They offered to repair the bag covering the return postal costs or I could choose another bag with 20% off. They replied to my emails and sorted the issue very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company. Bags are beautifully made and are of very high quality.

I was really skeptical at first…
I was really skeptical of if this was real or not. I did a bunch of research then found the website, and you can imagine my shock when I found out it was truly from Italy! Even the shop app tracking the delivery showed its origin in Italy, and receiving the bag made me incredibly happy and relieved of its amazing quality. I’m very happy with my purchase!!
