I had a terrible experience.
I followed their size chart to buy a pair of sandals for my children and they came too big, even though it was the right size according to their chart.
They don't want to change it instead I need to place a new order, pay for a new shipment and send back the ones I've received.
Ten days have passed since my first order was placed and still waiting to solve this issue.
Also, customer care doesn't really care, doesn't check your order situation, and doesn't answer your questions.

I was sent a faulty product. First they denied that there was an issue, and then they stopped answering all together.
Now I'm stuck with a useless product.

Hello, we are sorry you got this impression but all your messages were answered to. You have to understand that when a message is sent on a friday it can be answered the next monday.
The product purchased can be tight at first and loosen up with time which was the answer given by our customer service.
When your second message was received a month later saying it was still tight, a full refund was made.
